Still waiting after 32 days — possibly a scam alert

I placed my order on September 26, and the seller marked it as “shipped” on October 10. However, no tracking number or proof of shipment was ever provided. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything.

The seller first blamed the Canada Post strike, but Canada Post resumed normal operations weeks ago — I’ve received other packages without any issue. When I followed up, they repeated vague answers without offering any tracking details or real evidence that my order was shipped.

At this point, I strongly suspect this shop may not be honest about their shipping status. Buyers should be cautious before ordering.

The earrings I received looked nothing like the pictures and were very low quality. When I asked for a refund, the company required me to ship them internationally at my own cost — almost as much as the order itself. They even suggested mailing it without proof of delivery. Totally unprofessional and designed to discourage returns. I wouldn’t order from them again.
