Over 2.5 months of waiting, repeated silence and constant chasing
I won an item at auction through Shenbergs Auction, and it took over 2.5 months to actually receive it. During that entire period, communication was extremely poor. I sent more than ten emails, multiple Telegram messages, and made phone calls, and the vast majority went completely unanswered. On several occasions I heard nothing back for weeks at a time, despite repeatedly asking for basic updates on my item.
I only got a response after escalating the matter multiple times. Eventually I was told a new shipment had been arranged, and the item did finally arrive. But receiving it after this much delay and this little communication does not make up for how the situation was handled.
No customer should have to chase a company this many times just to get updates on something they've already paid for and won fairly at auction. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this auction house.
