The service was so personal
The service was so personal. I was contacted that the order would be delayed and again when the order was shipped. I even got a be phone call when it shipped. And the rings made it in plenty of time for Christmas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Absolutely fantastic service and the ringxx sx are beautiful.

All in all, a great purchase.
I only gave 4 (and not 5) stars because the communication around shipping was not so great.
I was unable to acquire a tracking number until 11 days after purchase, once my charm had been delivered. Of course, the tracking number was no longer needed at this point.

Great communication and support. My item was lost in customs by the carrier but the team at Irish Jewelry Craft worked with me every step of the way to make it right. Once received, the ring is beautifully designed and exactly what I was looking for.
