Having had a case drag on for three years and multiple lawyers failing me massively, I instructed Robert less than a month ago! I was on two counts of dangerous driving and on my last attendance with a previous lawyer the judge was going to remand me, Robert attended today and before I even arrived at court he had me acquitted from one case and 115 dangerous dropped to 93mph and careless, I ended up with 8points that are already timed out (so clean license) and a £450 fine! So I was looking at jail time/multiple year ban to walking out of court with no points and an irrelevant level of fine! Who needs god to watch over them when you have a Robert.

As someone who had never had any involvement with any Road Traffic incident over a period of more than 60 years driving I have been totally reliant on the excellent advice and legal representation I received from Robert Sheridan over the past year and a half. My case was unduly complex and protracted and although rather serious in my view was treated by him with the attention one would expect to receive if it was of an equally serious nature in his consideration. The research that he carried out was in my view exceptional and thorough in every respect as far as location surveys and test case investigation was concerned. My case was initially not taken to trial but unusually was again raised subsequently and continued to a Debate Diet when Mr. Sheridan’s submission was supported by the Court and resulted in the matter thankfully being brought to an end. I would certainly have been completely out of my depth without the expert knowledge and friendly representation from which I have benefited and for which I am extremely grateful.

I was facing a charge of being multiple times over the limit due to drinking after the fact. Robert produced an expert's report on what I had drank the evening before and what I had drank after the accident. The report confirmed that I would still have been over the limit but not by much and the court accepted the lower reading. They also accepted that there were mitigating circumstances. This meant I received the minimum ban and a fairly lenient fine which I was given time to pay. Very pleased with the service I received and the final outcome was better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend Robert Sheridan to anyone facing a similar situation. Five stars all day long.

This case caused me a lot of anxiety & stress however I knew after the 1st meeting with Mr Sheridan that I was in very capable hands & no stone would be left unturned. My case centres around being given a FPN by 2 Police Scotland traffic officers for speeding, a charge which I strongly denied, it was clear to me that the 2 officers in question were being deceptive & I was so glad the Procurator Fiscal seen this also & my case was dropped before it went to trial. I hope I never have cause to use the services of Sheridan At Law again but trust me you are in the best hands with Mr Sheridan, very VERY strongly recommended.

Have used Sheridan at Law twice with great results. Robert is more than an expert in this field. Nothing is too much trouble and you are treated as important individual not just a number, his knowledge is second to none and his manner and approach on matters is superb. His secretary is lovely kind person also, making you feel at ease. My latest case was thrown out before court even got started due to his expertise.
