When I discovered that She’s in Business was offering a fully funded Level One coaching qualification that could be completed in only five days, I knew it was a remarkable opportunity.

Although I already had many years of experience as a holistic health practitioner, teacher, and facilitator, the program strengthened the essential foundations of coaching and helped me understand more clearly how to support meaningful, lasting change.

We explored mindset, limiting beliefs, active listening, powerful questioning, rapport, goal setting, and practical coaching frameworks. I especially appreciated that we did not simply learn information. We practised the skills, coached one another, received feedback, and completed an assessment to demonstrate what we had learned.

Dr Wilson guided us with warmth, clarity, and genuine encouragement. The open, supportive community made it easy to share, interact, and grow in confidence together.

The Level 1 She’s In Business Coaching Programme, led by Dr Stephanie, was such a valuable and insightful experience for me. I learned practical coaching techniques, different ways to support someone in gaining clarity, and useful goal-setting methods that I can apply both in my work and in my own life.
I especially enjoyed practising the techniques within the group, as it gave me the chance to learn through experience rather than just theory. The programme encouraged me to reflect on myself, my goals, and the way I approach challenges.
