That you covered my problem BUT you wanted me to use used parts that were almost the same mileage as the part that broke. I don’t use used parts on my vehicles.

Shield safe is timely, relevant and informative

I really don't know, they never contact you or anything like that.unless you owe them money. Although I do get emails

I called to cancel. But I got a much lower price so I decided to stay with you.

I had to cancel the credit card that my auto payment was on and forgot to notify Shieldsafe so received a call from them. No problem the contact apologized for calling because I had just paid online and entered a different credit card for auto payment. The Shieldsafe representative was very cautious and friendly.

So far so good no reports of fraud

What I didn't like was that I had to contact them instead of them contacting me.

My Experience was great because of the service and customer care

When I gave my updated information to made my payments. I asked do I need to get in contact with autoshield to update my information and the representative informed they could do it. I later was informed by autoshield they didn't have and had to a late fee.

Everyone has been very professional and kind.
