The audit with Shield Safety Group was excellent. Considering the restrictions of having to do an audit on a virtual platform, this did not impinge the audit in anyway. Alex, the auditor was great and really put you at ease.

I have just completed the SAFE TO TRADE Audits with Shield Safety. Everyone has been super helpful and the communication has been great. Stella has been so supportive throughout this process and has made each task very manageable.

We have been using Sheild for the past year and a half and they have always provided us with a great service. The most recent "Safe to Trade" assessment was great and really gave us the confidence that we are doing the best to keep our customers as safe as possible! Our auditor, Stella, was great and ensured we understood everything that we were doing.

We are still waiting for our annual audit for 2020 and this is not done yet. We have sent several emails and still no responses. We tried to call but no answers and it seems lack of professionalism and communications.
