I want to report the unacceptable practices of ShinyWilds. After playing with a bonus, I accidentally made two non-compliant bets.

However, instead of blocking my account or canceling the bonus immediately, the casino let me play and wager over €4,800 ADDITIONAL for several hours. They waited until I finished 100% of my wager and reached a balance of €1,344 to cancel my winnings.

This is a predatory tactic: if I had lost my €4,800 during those extra hours of play, the casino would have kept my money. But because I won, they used a technical error they themselves failed to block as an excuse not to pay. This is a total lack of good faith.

Official complaints have been filed with Casino Guru (ID: 196851), AskGamblers, and the Antillephone regulator. Avoid this casino if you expect to be paid when you win. Player ID: Pytry.

Habe durch ein Bonus mit Einzahlung 1000 bekommen Tagelang keine antworten auf einmal wurde mein Geld stoniert und gelöscht von mein Acc.

Jedes normale Casino lässt mit aktiven Bonus ein gar nicht erst auf das Spiel und es gibt ne Meldung.

J’ai demandé trois retraits sur Shiny Wilds :
– 5000 € le 24/09/2025
– 3000 € le 24/09/2025
– 3000 € le 26/09/2025

Malgré plusieurs relances par mail et sur le chat, le casino ne me répond plus.
Je suis VIP niveau 7, et on m’avait confirmé que les virements seraient effectués, mais je n’ai toujours rien reçu.

J’ai également déposé une plainte auprès de Curaçao eGaming et contacté Casinos-FrançaisOnline, car la situation devient inacceptable.

Je conseille à tous les joueurs d’être très prudents avec ce site tant que ces problèmes de paiements ne sont pas résolus.

J’attends toujours mes 11 000 € et une réponse claire du support.

They withdrew money from my card without any verification and haven't closed my account for two weeks now, and haven't responded to emails. They have a unified license. Je souhaite signaler un problème très grave avec le casino en ligne Shiny Wilds concernant mes retraits.

– 100 € demandés via Interac : retrait annulé unilatéralement et jamais recrédité sur mon solde.
– 1 000 € demandés le 03/08/2025 : retrait marqué comme approuvé puis totalement supprimé de mon solde.
– 100 € demandés via MiFinity : transaction disparue de l’historique, aucun paiement reçu.

Au total, **1 200 € ont disparu** de mon compte joueur.
J’ai toutes les captures d’écran prouvant :
– Le solde avant et après les suppressions,
– L’historique montrant les retraits approuvés puis effacés,
– Les échanges avec le support qui reconnaissent le problème sans le régler.

Après plus de 10 jours d’attente et plusieurs relances, le casino ne rembourse toujours pas la somme complète.
Je demande :
1. Le paiement immédiat des 1 200 € dus,
2. La remise en ordre complète de l’historique des transactions.

Je joins mes preuves et suis prêt à coopérer pleinement.

Nach 4 Tagen bearbeitungszeit (Bei versprochen maximalen 48 Stunden Auszahlungsdauer) wurde meine Auszahlung abgelehnt wegen eines Fehlers des Casinos ( Sie haben mir falsches Geld gut geschrieben) Daw Casino hat mir 50 von den gewonnen 90 übrig gelassen. Dann habe ich eine
neue Auszahlung beantragt und nun sagt der mega schlechte Support mir das die Auszahlung aufgrund des Casinos Fehlers nochmal so lange dauert.

Shiny Wild hat zwar einen netten Chat-Support, aber in meinem Beispiel wurde mir ein 300% Bonus angeboten, dann in meinem Profil von denen nach ein paar Tagen ohne Grund gecanceled (Der Bonus war unbegrenzt gültig!).

Und als ich bat, den Bonus wieder in meinem Account zu platzieren, dass ich diesen nutzen kann, hies es vom Email-Support, dass dies leider nicht geht.

So wird man bei Shiny gelockt, dass man einzahlt, und dann werden die grösseren Boni auf einmal aus dem Profil entfernt.

Deshalb kann ich hier aus Vertrauensgründen nur von Shiny Wild abraten, trotz des netten Online-Support, der vom E-Mail Support aber leider wieder zunichte gemacht wird und so ebenfalls von den zuständigen VIP-Managern.
