I’m happy to report a much better outcome with Ship A Car Direct. While the start was rocky, the owner (Michael) reached out and personally managed the logistics for me. He proved to be reliable and professional, getting my vehicle from CA to FL in only 7 days. It's rare to see that level of care from an owner. I’m glad I gave them a chance to fix it—highly recommended for fellow service members!!

This was my first time shipping a car from South to North( uphill?), and I got a recommendation from a neighbor, snowbirds, who have done it over the past 20 years. They highly recommended Ship a car direct, and talk to Matt who is always reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. Matt went above and beyond to guide our car back home. His communication was astonishing, and I didn't have to lift a finger, above driving the car from the drop off point to home. This sure beat driving back from Fla. to Mass., never again for me, I would highly recommend Matt and ship a car direct for anyone who asks.

The world of car shipments made me wary. Lots of spam, hard to know who to trust. I went with Ship a Car because they seemed to have good communication and reasonable prices, and it turned out to be a good call. The price ended up being a bit higher than some other quotes I got, but the constant communication from both the company and the driver who ended up taking the car were great. I’d use them again.

Jennifer was great throughout the entire process from obtaining a carrier, negotiating a price, to oversight of pickup and delivery. The reps are very good at returning calls and providing updates. I selected ship a car because of their quality responses and efforts to fix issues. I am glad I did, as it was a quality and trust worthy process.

This company does a fantastic job of communicating and setting expectations. I will absolutely always use them for shipping my car. My coordinator, Lottie, is extremely professional and constantly keeps me updated. It is so rare to find someone like her!

I had a side-by-side shipped from NY to FL. Contacted Kristina and scheduled for a week earlier than necessary in case something happened. The first carrier did not show, and Kristina quickly found another to handle the delivery. Everything went smoothly, the driver was courteous and professional and called several hours before drop off. No damage done, and we were pleased!

Quick and easy communication by phone, email and text. The first carrier canceled but Mike found another one within hours. The carrier was great and kept in touch all along the way. The process was seamless.
