I had a really positive experience speaking with this fulfillment company, even though it was clear early on that we wouldn’t be moving forward together at this stage.
Mikey was generous with his time. As I’m in the process of growing my business, I had quite a few logistics and fulfillment questions which he helped me with.

This is a genuine review. We are based in the UK and tried several US warehouses and it nearly sank us. It would have been easy to go home and stick to our domestic market but we did a lot of research and met with a lot of warehouses and took a chance on Shiopbots. They have, at every stage, been excellent. They are keen to improve our experience, our customers experience and the cost of shipping. They are customer and service focussed. They did not skip a beat through the 4th quarter. Thanks to Shipbots, scale, from a shipping perspective, is not a concern for us.

Will not ship refues to provide important information about orders. TOTAL FRAUDS

Payam, Andres and the Team have been absolutely incredible throughout the onboarding process and we are now in a steady flow to allow us to focus on scaling. The shipping rates are extremely reasonable and they have been extremely fast to action any issues or mistakes on our end. We also had complicated custom kitting rerquirements which were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

We have used other 3PL's in the past and they have been fraught with issues. I would highly recommend Shipbots for any size of business.

ShipBots has restored my confidence in 3PLs. I had a horrible experience prior and wasn’t expecting much better, however, I am amazed by the difference. We have worked with Shipbots for over 2 years now. I have personally worked with 4 3PLs in my lifetime and Shipbots is the best by far. The owner Payam is very responsive and helps cater to each business due to their specific team. Since the switch out inventory allocation has improved as well as our shipping speed and costs. Overall, due to the switch Shipbots has allowed our customers to be happy and receive the best fulfillment possible.

We recently migrated over to ShipBots from another 3PL and we couldn't be happier. Payam and his entire team genuinely want your business to succeed and they are kind, gracious, and always on time and communicative.

Our main SKU is unique in the sense that it is large (dimensional weight) and requires some aspect of assembly. We initially had some QC issues internally that required us to come onsite and inspect our inventory arrival and the entire ShipBots team were extremely flexible and gracious and ensured we had everything we needed while we were there. Their great shipping rates are also a great bonus.

As a new company with no prior fulfillment knowledge, we have been incredibly fortunate to work with Payam and his team at ShipBots. From the very beginning, Andres, my point of contact, has been exceptionally patient and helpful. He has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, even creating screen recordings to show me how to navigate their system. This method has been incredibly clear and has allowed me to practice and learn, empowering me to do things on my own next time.

Before this week, all my interactions with the team were through Google Meet and email. However, I had the opportunity to visit the fulfillment center in person due to a product issue. I was sincerely impressed with how organized the warehouse is and the system they have implemented to ensure precision and speed.

During my 3 day visit, I worked personally with Allen, Francisco, Enrique, Oscar, and Cynthia. Not surprisingly, they were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in checking my product. For instance, Francisco offered ideas to make the checking process more efficient, saving a lot of time and energy. Allen, the warehouse supervisor, frequently checked in on me to ensure I had everything I needed.

Overall, my experience with the fulfillment center has been outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help have made a significant positive impact on our operations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and efficient fulfillment support.

We were with another logistics provider before the switch to Shipbots. We are happy with the service provided even though we only stayed with Shipbots for a year (we had to phase out due to our company's internal growth alignment).

Our early transition to Shipbots was not easy initially, but Shipbots were really patient with us, from Payam to his account managers. We also appreciate Payam's occasional check-in regarding how his team is doing (very personalised touch/service).
