Nikki has been really helpful during the whole process. When ever I have a question and there have been many, Nikki has responded immediately. When we dropped the van off in Southampton at the port, the handlers that Ship Cars use were so helpful and reassuring.

Your staff (Nikki) went that extra mile and then some to help and guide us through a new, unfamiliar process. They were also of great assistance when we encountered unexpected problems.
We also value the follow-up documentation from the shipper and the cargo tracking tools.

Delays and hidden charges
Was quoted 3 weeks and £1000 to ship a car from UK to Malta. Ended up taking 6 weeks and cost nearer £2000. Would not use again. Next time I will send the car by road.

Thank you for your feedback, although I cannot agree with what you have stated with regards to payment increasing. You where charged £995 for your shipment up to arrival Valletta port. In the quotation that was sent to you before you booked you where given the agents details for you to contact prior to booking so that you could find out what the destination arrival fees would be. I fail to see how you have claimed that our charge went from £1000 to nearer £2000. We only charged you £995 for the ocean freight as per the quotation that you received originally. The guide date given to us at the time of booking your vehicle with the shipping line was estimated only at 14-28 days. However as per the quotation that you received it clearly states that dates are only estimated as we do not control the ships and if they are suffering delays, this is beyond our control.

From start to finish there service was second to none and Nikki was always pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions
