Scam ! Spammy pop up window
Spammy pop up window. Was buying tickets on vivid seats and the pop up impersonated the website saying it’s from vivid seats and I’ll get $20 discount on purchase then started charging me $25 subscription. Reported fraud and canceled my credit card now need to set up my all payments again with new card which is huge inconvenience. Their customer service automated machine is created not to help anyone, can’t delete my credit card info within the site account nor cancel right away still trying to charge me $25. How they can legally do that bullshit.

This is a scam. They charged my account multiple times for varying amounts without any kind of notification. No emails or texts or anything. Not even sure what service they provide bc I never got anything but charged. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION

This site charged my credit card…
This site charged my credit card without my consent while I was booking a hotel stay. I received an immediate text from my bank about suspicious fraud to which I replied No. By bank issued a new card immediately and closed the card I booked the hotel with. Arrived at hotel and paid cash because of these scammers!

These guys are a bunch of scammers. They signed me up for a subscription to their bogus service without my consent or knowledge, and have been charging my card for years. When I called, they were very unprofessional, non cooperative, and hung up on me several times. They would not give me 4 months of charges back

Charged for 6 months and I never signed up
I am embarrassed to say, but I didn't notice the charges for 6 months. I was charged $19.99 for the service from June through November. I never signed up for this service. I called them and they were able to unsubscribe me, but they could not show me where I signed up. They said they would have sent me an email to fill out, but I do not have any emails from them. They did give me credit for the last 3 charges, but I'm still out $60. I guess that's my fee for not paying better attention to my account.

Absolutely a scam
Seemed so promising as it come from an app I trust and was promised a rebate but later ended up being charged $25 (luckily my card was off) and I had to call my bank and cancel my card and order a new one
