Their tracking info said my package was out for delivery when it wasnt.so I dont know why they give false info

USPS rates have been competitive with all of the commercial carriers for many years until now when I brought up an issue where their pricing for rural addresses are 8% higher than all other label brokers they said they are offering live rates, whatever that means. I showed them the price difference, the same across all other platforms, much lower than theirs, and they could not offer a real explanation. Now I have to shop usps prices because I can’t trust that they are offering the lowest price every time. Great API integration and the site works most of the time.

I had $104 left in my account and now, more than 100 days after closing my account and requesting a refund, THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME DESPITE DOZENS OF E-MAILS.

ShippingEasy has some competitive rates for postage compared to USPS, FedEx, and UPS, but they have a few flaws. First, they have terrible customer service. They don't answer their customer support phones in a timely manner. Secondly, they have a system that sometimes sends you a confirmation key to verify you via your registered email. But in my experience, that email from them with the confirmation code never makes it to your inbox, which ends up locking you out of your ShippingEasy account thus you can't print your labels. For these reasons I would not recommend ShippingEasy to others.

I have had a brief encounter with this business, something went wrong, the people in this company have gone to such positive lengths to put it right.
This is a company that has HONEST people, friendly and helpful people who want to do what is good but also will do what is right. Integrity is really hard to find these days, here you will find it.
