Shirt Mystery Reviews 

Ordered a Retro Mystery Box. Not only was the shirt not authentic. It was not a shirt released before 2010 like it was described to be. When contacted on Instagram, they claimed this to be a mistake, highly unlikely, they also said since I had left a trustpilot review that there was nothing they were going to do to rectify this “mistake.” Then they proceeded to block me on instagram

I orderd my order 18 days ago nothing. Send them email 3 days no answer. so just to know dont order it

Was sent the tracking number for the order but it never told who it would be shipped by. I dm the account they had linked to the site and got no response. Now I can’t even view the account to ask for help. Will update if I ever receive the kits.

So I ordered this and thought I’d give it a try as it was fairly cheap (£20 a shirt) and I’ve received it within the 9-16 days, it was the 16th day but I’ve got it. This product came with no box like any other mystery shirt company! Also I believe it’s a fake shirt too which I’m not happy about but I suppose you pay for what you get, id advise other buyers to go to a legit company then buy from these.

Such a great company I got the 22/23 special edition 4th shirt for dortmund for just £15! They had great communication and the only downfall is it took almost 3 weeks to get here and I’m in the uk but that doesn’t matter it was great and I highly recommend ordering form here!!

This is actually the most underrated football shirt company that I've ever seen in my life, will probably buy again I promise anyone that is looking at this it isn't a scam and your definitely missing out.
P.S. I ordered a request a shirt for a 12 year old who wanted arsenal since he has supported them for 8 years now, and that was what I got!

We had an email 8 days ago saying our order had been dispatched. The tracking link reports that the delivery company has no information about the parcel. Customer services has not replied to emails. It is within the time frame on their website but the lack of response and the unrecognised tracking number makes me very doubtful. I am reviewing here now as customer service emails have not been answered.

UPDATE (upgraded from 1 to 2 star review):
The shirt arrived 21 days after the "shipping notification". I have still never heard from Shirt Mystery in reply to my queries. The postal company had been able to advise that the tracking number I was sent was for the local postal company, and related to a parcel that was coming from overseas but not yet arrived with them.

The shirt itself was exactly what we ordered and seems decent quality for the price. However, the personalised printed numbers on the back are already coming unstuck after just 2 washes following the washing instructions, which is very disappointing for my son. I have contacted Shirt Mystery. I will update this review to reflect how they deal with this.

UPDATE:
The numbers are now peeling off significantly after 3 washes and will not survive another. I have had no reply from ShirtMystery after 7 days.

This is the best football shirt company I’ve stumbled across, all their shirts are real and I had no problem with the shipping. The shorts are in a wide variety from all over. I ordered the retro one and it came within a week and a half. No problems with the shirt or company. I’m definitely putting in another order!

I have ordered 2 mystery shirts and have got the 23/24 Barca shirt and the 23/24 juventus shirt which were great quality. I will definitely be ordering again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The jerseys took 14-16 days to come but when they came they were amazing quality definitely advise to try them

I just received my shirt today and I have to say it did not disappoint. It is a good quality shirt for such a cheap price. It does take a while to come but when it does you shouldn’t regret your purchase. I ordered a custom retro shirt and asked for R9 and that’s exactly what I got!

The only thing i would say is there is abit of a longer delivery time, but once i got the shirt it was TOTALLY worth it.
