Recently I bought a pair of almost new Trickers Bourton shoes from EBay and was delighted when they arrived looking even better than the photos.
So on they went and I took the dog for a bit of a tramp. Walk over, when we returned I removed the shoes and left them in the care of my Jack Russell for a couple of minutes.
On my return she was chewing the back of the right shoe and had made an almighty mess of it. So I decided it needed to be fixed by someone used to dealing with trickers and contacted them about a repair. I spoke to Ann and sent photos of the damage. She consulted Anthony while I was on the Phone and asked me to send them. So a week ago they went into the post. Ann phoned me on Friday 31st July to tell me they had arrived. Then on Tuesday 4th August she phoned again to tell me they were fixed and on their way back to me. They arrived today (6th) and look great . It’s only a trained eye could notice the repair, they have done a brilliant job, for which many thanks

Having seen their YouTube channel I contacted Ann and sent Shoe Healer my Loake Hebden boots for a commando sole to be fitted. I’ve just received the boots back. Wow !!! What an excellent job, it looks better than factory. I’ll certainly be using Shoe Healer again.

What a fantastic company. I sent a pair of Trickers boots to be re-heeled and re-soled after seeing some videos on YouTube and reading numerous positive reviews. I'm delighted with the quality of the repairs, the communication from Ann was excellent and I will definitely be using Shoe Healer again. First class service from start to finish.

I took the Shoes Over and discussed what was Possible and what soles I could have Fitted, They were re soled, as good if not Better than the factory would do.
I have some Packing for a Low arch they Re soled and I was able to put the Shoes straight back on My feet with out any Problems

Had my eye on a pair of Cheaney Avons but needed a bit of advice first. Rang Shoe Healer and spoke to Glen, a font of knowledge regarding shoes. so, i took the plunge and ordered. Have to say his advice was absolutely spot on. The shoes fit perfectly. They fit so well i decided to go for a pair of Cheaney Corinthian in waxy commander. whilst Shoe Healer don't normally stock the boot Ann got them for me and gave a discount. How good is that.
So, the upshot is, a major shoe brand gets a double sale but so do Shoe Healer so a win win for all. Just goes to show supporting local businesses can be the way to go.
Oh, and no marks for guessing where all my shoes are now going when the time for their repair comes along.

Another top class repair, with a pair of Trickers resoled with a Vibram 'Gumlite' sole. Paul has transformed the once heavy and underused 35-40 year old shoes, into something that I can both wear with pride, and comfort! The quality of the repair - resole, is something that looks like it has just left the factory, or better.

The best! Having used cobblers, shoe repair services for 60 years, and having a strong interest in the craft and skill of great shoe repair work, I can confidently say that Paul is one of a very rare breed of craftsmen in this country. His attention to detail and skill in this area, are on a level with great surgeons, except I can confidently say he hasn't left any of his tools inside! Thank you, I shall think of you as I walk around in my refurbished Churches Grafton's with the new Vibram soles. Great, first class work.

Though born in Doncaster I'd never come across the shop before. Oh boy, was I glad that I did. I'd forgotten what decent shoes were and that Britain still had craftmen and women capable of making beautiful leatherwear, craftsmen who can repair them and retailers passionate about selling quality.

On top of that the service there was like stepping back into the past, nothing was too much trouble, I felt valued and pampered. They even still had half sizes, remember those, when did you last walk into a shoe shop and find half sizes, or staff willing to listen to your needs, guide your choice, even modify shoes to fit you. Being both a retailer and cobler means you know that the shoes you buy there can be cared for by skilled people and they'll last not months but decades.

I can not recommend this shop and its web site enough, you will not regret a visit to either. Dont buy three pairs of tatt, save up, buy quality and help support a dying side of British shopping... service and quality.

Dropped my boots off for Commando soles and heels. They said they’d take two weeks so I asked them to post them to me. Just received them back exactly 2weeks to the day. Fantastic repair just like new definitely use them again

Took a pair of Diesel combat boots to two local cobblers (one a well known high street brand) who both told me they couldn't re-attach the soles.
Sent them to the Shoe Healer and voila! Great communication and terrifically quick service too. Very pleased.

Top class shoes from top class honest people!

I just bought my first pair of Trickers online from Antony & Ann, excellent knowledgeable service, they could not do enough for me and to ensure that I got the right size, which is so hard when buying online.

They sent sizing Videos, demos, emails, they were both just so helpful and now I have the most comfortable pair of Tricker Stows on my happy feet.

The service level I got you'd swear I was, and had been, buying these every week, so great to find genuine honest people like this, especially online.

I bought my first pair of English shoes from here 20yrs ago and have been getting all the subsequent pairs repaired here. It now takes some commitment as I live in the US but I still bring them back as the work is first class.

The whole team are fantastic, great service from ordering to delivery. Not only did I get a great discount on a new pair of boots, better than than on line, Anthony also did some minor repairs to some foot wear I bought from them 6 years prior free of charge and a cup of tea whilst I was waiting. I went in to inquire about a stitching repair to my boots (which I was wearing)
No problem, they were repaired within a few minutes while I waited, and at a really good price!
Excellent craftsman, and a really strong repair.
