The Shoe Horn Reviews

Excellent!! Ordered a pair of Victoria trainers only yesterday and they arrived this morning. So comfy and gorgeous on so I ordered more.
The delivery service is brilliant as they arrive the next day which is a great thing as I know I don't need to wait for them to come on a day that I'm not here to receive the delivery.
Quality shoes as always.
I went up 1 size in the Victoria as recommended and they are perfect. If you are a size 39, get a 40 in them.
Thank you once again shoe horn for providing such a wonderful service with prompt delivery.

Used to be known for unique stuff but now they sell overpriced stuff

I have been online shopping with The Shoe Horn since Covid lockdowns. I have always found the service extremely efficient. I have emailed them with questions etc, and always got a prompt answer. I have returned goods for different sizes etc with absolutely no quibble. I have had efficient quick free returns and refunds back in my account therefore I would not hesitate to highly recommend The Shoe Horn. Carol, Greystones Co. Wicklow

Called into shoehorn in Skerries yesterday to buy boots for the wife. Being a man in my 50s I was a bit apprehensive, but the ladies approached me straight away and made the whole experience very easy .The Mrs loves her new boots and i would Definitely recommend supporting this local business. Top class service , way better than dealing with the crap service multiples.

Amazing fast delivery! The boots are lovely - just what I was looking for. The leather is a bit stiff so wearing them in and so far so good. Well pleased.

Exceptional Customer Service and very fast dispatch and delivery. Highly recommend this business. Thank you to Nicola also.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. I had a minor issue with one of my purchases and Nicola was so helpful and understanding and had my issue sorted straight away. Not only is their customer service exceptional their footwear is also on par. If I could give more 🌟 I would, Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend The Shoe Horn. Ordered a pair of Refresh trainers yesterday morning and they arrived today. Loved the footwear which was reasonably priced. Lots of information about how to return a product is provided, in the event of needing this service.

I highly recommend this Irish Buisness 👌 for their fantastic service, orders arrive quickly & delivery/returns are free which is a huge incentive to buy Shoes from them, refunds are issued within a few days of return so I will continue to support this Buisness, they are a pleasure to deal with, well done 👏

I made my first online purchase with the Shoe Horn on Sunday evening and first thing this morning, Wednesday, my shoes were delivered by An Post. The shoes themselves are amazing (I knew my size for the brand), well packaged, so no chance of damage while being transported. I was also delighted to see all the packaging was fully recyclable ♻️ . Also attached was comprehensive details if I wish to return. Excellent service, will definitely use again.

I ordered a pair of boots from Shoehorn.ie online recently in the biggest size available (as I wear orthotics).
Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them but I was very impressed by the fact that returns were free. And I received my refund so speedily and had a lovely email from Nicola. I'll definitely shop there again.

Ordered Monday night, delivered Wednesday morning. Absolutely seamless service.

Ordered my boots on Sunday, they have just arrived. Its Wednesday lunchtime. Beautiful boots. Soft materials, fit is spot on. The speed on which they arrived is amazing. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

I contacted Shoehorn to enquire about the width of shoe I wanted to purchase as I normally have some difficulty in getting a shoe that fits without causing me problems and which is also nice shoe that I want to buy! I spoke with Nicola who advised me, I had already selected the shoes, and these were received in the post the very next day and are a perfect fit. To speak with a real human being was a joy and getting accurate informtion instead of having to take a leap in the dark with a purchase. Great service Shoehorn.

Quality shoes and prompt delivery , I've never been disappointed.
