1st class service, quality footwear, competitive pricing, arrive on time.Free returns would be a bonus, but I have been lucky and not had to use this service anyway.

I was so pleased with shoes l bought they were exactly how they were described l have just had keyhole surgery on my back and they were so easy to put on without bending great shoes

I went yesterday for the umpteenth…
I went yesterday for the umpteenth time, and as usual had outstanding service. I had ordered by post but the shoes just didn't work with my new foot supports so thought I'd better go and try them in person. The staff were fantastic, refunded me for the others no problem and helped me try on quite a few pairs until I found one that worked & that I liked. They are a superb blue leather pair from Austria in a wonderful leather that stretches with your foot but is also supportive. I couldn't improve either product or service.

Initially had a discussion over Zoom with Sharon who was very helpful in discussing the best option for me.
I then ,subsequently ,ordered a pair of orthofeet trainers which arrived quicker than indicated.

Great personal service. I was given an initial video call, which was very useful. I then visited the Stratford shop, where I was given the full attention of Amanda for an hour whilst we figured out exactly what shoe type and fit would accommodate my feet. Would definitely recommend this supplier.

Inefficiency & delayed orders
Ordered the shoes at the beginning of October. Rang today (21st Oct) to find that the wrong colour was sent to the shop & they have reordered the correct colour only 2 days ago. Last week I received a call saying a dispatch text re this order had been sent to me in error. Altogether not a very satisfactory service!

Unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong colour and we had to wait for the replacement. Please accept our apologies as it appears this was not communicated to you.
Your order was dispatched yesterday (22nd) and should be with you today.
Once they arrive, we hope they are a great fit.
