I genuinely wish I had read the reviews prior to sending my shoes. Absolutely dreadful service! Paid a fortune for them to fix a heel. When I challenged them they tried to completely cover up their shoddy work. Seriously - avoid at all costs!! Currently pursuing through citizens advice to then deal with trading standards.

Rude customer service.

Louboutin wedding shoes sent for repair. The work completed makes the shoes look cheap and they’ve lost their original shine and quality.

My wedding shoes were also returned in a box of a different size and colour with no original shoe bag - very disappointing for something so sentimental

Given the cost for repair I should have just bought another new pair rather than pay for this disastrous service

Awful service and terrible company. Please check reviews before considering taking your valuable items to Shoespa. The company has ruined a pair of Crockett & Jones shoes by PAINTING them with a coating that has come away after the first polish I applied. Shoespa has refused to accept responsibility for their work and fobbed me off, saying they are outside of warranty and inviting me to take legal action against them! I paid almost £200 to dye my shoes and have ended up with a wearable, cheap looking pair destined for the bin.

Did a good job on the toes of some cream flats. Found the comms slightly difficult once paid - took several chasers to get a progress update.

If only I'd have checked these reviews before I sent my shoes to this place, I'd have saved £158.
The repair on the scuffed heel of my Louboutins is awful, no colour match, in fact I probably could have done it better myself! I wish I could add a photo of the before and after.
The website looks professional and the correspondence up until now has been good but workmanship and aftercare is far from professional

I emailed them my disappointment and have not had a reply from them. I will be posting this everywhere I can to avoid others making the same mistake!

Sent a pair of yellow patent louboutins for repair, they have been returned absolutely awful. The heel needed repairing, they have been sent back a matt yellow that is a completely different shade and finish to the original colour. They're ruined. I have tried to contact them, they ignored my messages and calls for over a week. When I finally got through, they have no solution. DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE!!!!! Absolutely destroyed my givenchy heels. The leather they’ve used doesn’t match, the heels don’t even look like they belong to the shoe & the soles are now coming off!!! I am absolutely disgusted with what has been sent back to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I entrusted them with repairing my cherished Jimmy Choo wedding shoes, and I deeply regret it. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. They took four weeks longer than promised, which was frustrating enough, but the real heartbreak came when I finally got my shoes back.

The shoes were no longer the same beautiful ivory colour—they were noticeably different. I’d only worn them for a few hours on my wedding day, and they weren’t in bad condition; I simply wanted them cleaned to preserve as a keepsake. The main issue was some dirt on the stiletto from walking on grass and getting mud on them. Instead of addressing this properly, they decided to dye the stiletto and, in an attempt to “match” the color, dyed the entire shoe.

The result? A complete disaster. My once stunning wedding shoes have been ruined. If you value your cherished items, please don’t make the mistake of trusting this service.

They applied the wrong leather treatment to my shoes, which started peeling off after wearing them for 2 days. The leather now looks completely destroyed. For the price paid I could have bought myself another pair!!

Very poor service, boots took over 8 weeks to repair. Then after many emails and finally having my boots returned to me they had to go back as what I paid for hadn’t been done correctly. Honestly wish I’d just gone and bought a pair of new shoes. Not worth the £520!

Borrowed my wife's Louboutins for a photographic shoot and the model scuffed the black patent leather. Eventually sent them to Shoe Spa for repair and replacement heel tips and soles. Expensive, but my wife now has her favourite shoes looking like new. Great service and communication too.
