Shomera Reviews

Shomera were great company to work with and the Garden Studio they installed is fantastic

We could not recommend Shomera highly enough. They understood our needs and exceeded all of them. From design to construction to finish, they were terrific. They were professional and courteous and every stage and nothing was a problem for them.

Showers built an extension to our house. As a timber framed passive house, we needed a company which understood the issues this would bring. They also carried out major renovations inside the house, moving the kitchen to the opposite side of the house.

The work was completed on time, and all of the different teams worked seamlessly. Place kept clean, as much as it can be. Costing were very detailed.

We would not hesitate to recommend Shomera to anyone.

Shomera completed an extension for us, with kitchen, utilty and downstairs bathroom. The finish is excellent and Shomera were a great company to deal with. This was our second time using them, we had a similar job completed on our previous house, and we had no hesitation in going back to them for this project. It was also great to work with the same team again!

We engaged Shomera to do a ground floor extension for us in 2024 and found them excellent to deal with from the very first design session all the way through to final snagging. The design service was insightful and considered and we were given plenty of chance to iterate on our design. The planning was meticulous and the build itself was exemplary - the team were very well organized and there wasn't a single day missed on site. Any issues that arose during the build were also dealt with in a very professional manner. The finish is to very high standard and we are delighted with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shomera to anybody looking to extend their property.

We did a single storey extension with Shomera. It was a fantastic experience from initial consultation through to the end result. I was truly shocked by the efficiency - a study in project management. Everything was on time and the communication was excellent. The result is a beautiful spacious extension, well thought out for light and usefulness of the space. Value for money was also great - costs were clearly outlined, no changes made without clear confirmation. Our project manager was available for any questions and checked in frequently to make sure all was going to plan. We managed to stay in the house for the work and the team were very accommodating for this - letting us know in advance when utilities had to be switched off and after the initial demolition activities the disruption was surprisingly minimal. I would highly recommend working with Shomera if you want a high quality build delivered on time.

Very thorough process. Each step was comprehensive. Each crew of workers were courteous and efficient. Superb product.

Exceptional quality and service. We wanted a high quality, architecturally designed garden room that would add value to the house rather than detract from it. We weren't sure how to identify the right supplier, so we shopped around. From the moment we engaged with the Team in Shomera we knew we had found the right people for the job. Seamless order process and install...they finished a day early and left the site spotless. You'll find cheaper, but you won't find better....

Very happy with the finished product. Our kitchen/living area extension and renovation was completed in June. Having researched Shomera extensively our expectations were very high and we were not disappointed. Through every stage, design, build, finish and handover, Shomera executed with quality and transparency. The project was delivered on time thanks to meticulous project management. Would recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant experience with Shomera. I wanted a good job done without any hassle. I choose Shomera because I felt I could trust them as they are well established. I’m so glad I did. They are extremely professional to deal with and the product is fantastic quality.

From start to finish our experience with Shomera was first class. They provided a full service building solution that included design, advice, planning permission, project management and building works. It felt like we were dealing with a business that cared about their reputation and wanted to provide a first class service and great product to their client. I have already recommended Shomera to a good friend who is considering an extension and I would be highly confident that he will have a similar experience.

Amazing service and love our new Shomera. Very easy company to deal with and everything perfect

I recently purchased a shomera and i can honesty say the team were exceptional to deal with, from the ground works to the electricians everyone was so professional. Nothing was a problem and the quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again in the future .

Our experience with the Shomera team from the first enquiry conversation to the last was always first class and a positive experience. From kicking off the design process with Ray, to finalising the snag list with Stephen and shaking hands. The whole end to end process was seamless. The whole team are so customer centric, and they always listen and respect the customers views, and support and in the majority of cases enhance the decision making process. If you are happy to follow the plan and make the key decisions on time, then the team delivered on the 10 week delivery timeline. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to carry out an extension project. Thank you Team Shomera!

From the very outset of our dealings with Shomera they were diligent and professional in their approach in helping us find the best garden room design solution for our home. A special thank you to both Michael and Trish who we dealt with. Michael was excellent in understanding our brief and ensuring the final design met our end use requirements. Once works commenced we were given a clear programme for the works over the three week installation period, which was completed as planned. Trish in their head office was in contact weekly to brief us in advance of the works taking place each week and she dealt quickly with any queries we had on the works. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Shomera for your garden room requirements. We are delighted with the quality of the finished project, and we wish Shomera continued success with their excellent business.

I would highly recommend this company. Very professional from start to finish. Their workmen were very tidy and arrived when they were expected. Very happy with the finished room.
