Shomera Reviews

Excellent end to end service from sales through to final snagging.

We were adding a single storey extension to the back of our house and decided to go with Shomera after neighbours had an excellent experience. They provided all the expertise required and the 'one neck to choke' aspect of their package was something I liked. From architect, to engineer, to builders and project managers everything is covered by highly professional people. We were so happy with the outcome that we volunteered to act as a reference should they ever need more.

Very positive experience. Shomera were completely professional at all times with a genuine desire to deliver a top quality extension that actually works in the real world. No shortage of sound advice developed over many projects. Delighted with result and would definitely recommend Shomera.

Very happy with the end product. A great team to deal with, who were professional and diligent the whole way through. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Shomera and the whole process from purchase to installation. They were quick and efficient, were very clear and proactive on timelines/schedule and ultimately all workmen turned up when they said they would and were helpful and courteous throughout - with one or two very minor exceptions.
Build quality (so far) seems to be top notch - we really are delighted with our new garden room!

From the day the site survey was completed, the service has been very professional, on time and of a high quality. The whole team were excellent in the delivery of a fantastic product - I would highly recommend Shomera.

Overall, a very efficient and professional service. Happy with the communication and support throughout the installation and after. The guys were fast and very discreet. Overall a very positive experience. We’re delighted with our Shomera. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Shomera enough. Studio arrived on the back of a truck and was constructed within two days. Absolutely hassle free. All plumbing, electrics and roofing etc was very smooth. No issues whatsoever. Brilliant aftercare. Might be a bit more expensive than other options but totally worth the money. Standard of finish is excellent and looks great with the cladding. Very, very pleased with product and service.

We are delighted with our new garden studio that Shomera supplied us. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The installation was swift and carried out to excellent standards. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. The end product is both functional and yet is a beautifully designed space. We have had great feedback from our friends and neighbours who were fascinated by the professionalism of Shomera and how smooth the process was.

Really helpful and easy to deal with
Listened to requirements patiently and offered very helpful advice to ensure we got the exact product that suitedus best including a numder of extras such as a heater and extra cabling
All workmen pleasant and obliging and caused the minimum of fuss and disruption when working
Whole process of installation only took 2 weeks
Would recommend Shomera unreservedly to anyone looking to create an extra room in their garden

We are delighted with the extension that Shomera built for us. The project ran on time, every single work-person was pleasant to deal with and communication was clear. Carol was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!

I went with Shomera for my garden room as I know they have been in the business for years and had a reputation for quality.
As it happens, Shomera were hit with significant external challenges (Covid and world supply chain delays) which impacted on my delivery schedule. However, the Shomera team were super in terms of keeping me informed all along the way and I got the garden room that I had dreamed off.
A quality product and a quality customer service. Thanks, Shomera.

Adding an additional building is a significant investment - but the Shomera team lived up to high expectations all the way through. Good advice at the showroom - a thorough site inspection where the details could be thought through. The team that did the site preparation were excellent, electrics and hard wired internet run in separately and the construction materials are excellent. We were right in the middle of COVID so had a long wait - but it was well worth it and I am very pleased with my new office which has converted an under used part of the garden superbly.

Everything looks great now and we were very happy with the work. Good communication and very professional team in the office and on site.

It was an absolute pleasure working with all of the team at Shomera and we are thankful for our beautiful new room every day. We had an idea for our build and needed it to be done with as little disruption as possible. The professionals at Shomera guided us at each stage and delivered an outstanding addition to our property, even after the disruption caused by the pandemic. We would be delighted to work with them again.

The process was smooth every step of the way. All design, construction and delivery was top notch.

Efficient, prompt service. Completed on schedule with no issues. Would highly recommend

The Guys in Shomera were great to work with. Right from the start of the process they listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave great advice and were extremely friendly and enjoyable to work with. When it came to installation they took great care of the surroundings and were very tidy. We couldn't recommend them highly enough

Excellent job
We were very happy with our experience with Shomera. Once on site the whole process was completed in 3 weeks, despite the terrible weather delaying certain aspects. We were kept informed of changes in schedule, and all the workmen and trades people involved were very courteous, and professional. HIghly recommended.

Amazing job, fairly priced and incredibly fast! I would recommend to anyone looking to do a professional extension to their home

Very happy overall with our Shomera experience. The installation phase in particular was managed extremely professionally. This involved a number of different trades, all of whom arrived at the appointed time and were all very easy to deal with. There was some delays in the lead time from order to delivery but this was due to circumstances beyond Shomera's control. The product itself is high quality and enhances our home.
