Arrived on time. Well packaged. Very pleased. They do make a noise when u walk.

No response to email re faulty product
One adidas shoe ripped at the seam after just 2 days of wear. The glue at the site was messy also so I do think it was a fault with the shoe. Emailed Shooos that day, which is now 4 days ago and have not received a response.

The product is as expected and I’m happy with it, however the package came 2 days after expected date when I was gone for my holiday ( couldn’t bring new shoes with me which was very disappointing).

Just received the boots haven't worn…
Just received the boots haven't worn them yet. Only problem I found was it was hard to get my foot into them but hopefully will loosen out in time.

Bigger sizes
It's great to be able to shop for bigger sizes for ladies , which isn't a norm on many footwear websites. Delivery came within couple of days. Very happy with it.
