This is the absolute worst online website to shop at. Be aware! Be aware that the clothes are not worth the amount of money you are paying,and that if you end up returning (which most likely you will because sizing is off and clothes are mostly see through) remember you will pay a restock fee, plus a shipping fee for receiving it and for sending it back so all together is a lot of waisted money. The owner of this brand — i believe her name is Suzanne, is a person that couldnt care less about you as a customer,she only cares to charge you as much as she can, and she can be extremely rude. Stay away people im warning you! ⚠️

This isn’t about the products
This isn’t about the products, but about customer service. The owner should resign from customer service as she’s clearly incapable of accepting criticism/feedback. Had an unpleasant phone call regarding a review I left, I could barely get a word in she was so defensive, condescending and rude. Couldn’t believe I was being spoken to in such a way as a first time customer. I will never order from here again nor recommend this company. I fully understand the other poor reviews on customer service.

Unpredictable and inaccurate sizing
Unpredictable and inaccurate sizing. Poor quality products and no customer support. Their 2 week return window is unreasonable, especially when they ignore your email return request. Don't waste your time and money.
Ordered 2 dresses in XS. One was too tight and the other was HUGE. Sizing discrepancies like this should permit a refund.

If I could give 0 star that is what they deserve. Their shipping policy and customer service is awful. I bought for $500 and my package was lost in the mail. They refused to reimburse me and said to file a claim with the shipping company. Resa refused to provide the information so I file the claim myself and ended up doing it themselves. I got $99 back. No idea how much the shipping company reimbursed them for. They kept more than $400. This is unheard of. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Ladies avoid this brand
Ladies, don’t do it.The quality is very poor, very heavily edited Ecom images; so you will likely have to return as the colours vary and fabric is super cheep feeling.
If you have to return, they have HUGE shipping and return fees; an awful return policy- even if the product arrived late due to their delays.
To make it worse, their customer service takes days to reply and is completely unhelpful, snappy and short.
There’s plenty of other nice brands out there- avoid this one.
