Once we were told you had an online shop we ordered our handles and they were delivered within a week were easy to fit so we were satisfied

New windows.
From the ordering of our windows to the fitting of the windows I was very satisfied, there was no problems at all. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the cleaning kit I had ordered, when I received my kit it was leaking very badly, I took photos of it and sent an email to the sales department, it did take quite a while to sort the problem out but in the end I did receive a replacement kit.

After receiving the first package with the cleaning liquied completely emptied out into the bag it came in, I was told a new pack would be sent out. Never received it!
Very poor communication and a complete waste of time complaining.

Terrible online service i only wanted a door handle sent to me, 15 days it took to receive it and when I did receive it, it was the wrong handle gotta laugh really , now I have to wait 5 days for customer service to get back to me via email to start a return I just want a refund and no I do not want another handle sent ive ordered elsewhere like I could of done from the start which would of saved myself 20 days of having a broken door handle .

Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item, didn’t take proactive responsibility, required countless calls with long wait times to rectify. Issue still not solved after over three weeks. Unhelpful, “can’t do” culture in the call centre. Slow, only acting when prompted by customer.

Delivered in good time, easy to fit and looks great. Design has changed slightly over time, so need to buy another for the other door to match.
