Brilliant price, exceptional communication, arrived rapidly

I've just purchased a lovely, used 23' plate Harley Davidson Fatboy from LIND. All the team at Newmarket H-D know their stuff and are extremely helpul. Gabriel, in particular, went out of his way to make the whole experience as stress free as possible and went above and beyond to get the bike accessorised how I wanted it. I highly recommend this dealership. A+ throughout the buying process. Thanks.

I have just completed the purchase of a Harley Davidson CVO Street Glide. All the team at Newmarket are so friendly and helpful but the Sales Specialist I dealt with, Gabriel Leahy went out of his way to make the whole experience stress free and enjoyable He was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the process. Buying a new bike is always great but with Gabriel's advice and help it was fantastic.

Bike was in for a service and investigation of tyre issue from another dealer, service was done greatly and the tyre was swapped without notification but after speaking to them we came to a resolution which was more then generous, highly recommended and great service.

I ordered the wrong product by mistake, no problem no hassle, one phone call, change of order refund and correct product delivered within a couple of days. Service👍

Provided a quality product at a much reduced price

I took my Street Triple in for a service and they tried to screw me over.
They told me the bike was dangerous to ride and tried to charge over £800 to replace the forks and clean the brake pads from oil which did not need doing,I took the bike somewhere else and they just replaced the fork seal. They will regret this once I find the people responsible in the service department.

Recently placed and payment taken for an online order for a discounted tyre as flagged up by Google.
Two days later received notification of a refund. No reason or explanation given as to why the product was so suddenly not available.
Questionable advertising ?
No such email received on 12/11 providing any explanation for non-availability.
If I had at least received the courtesy of such I would not be reviewing as I have on Trustpilot.
