They can sell anything as long as the bad products they sold will not be refundable. No customer service online or offline.

Purchased Office2021 and couldnt get the software to work. I was provided a key that was expired. Now customer service wants to give me credit for an illegal download.

I bought a FastestVPN lifetime Pro from them. The product was crap. (Read my review if you like.) I asked for a refund. The vendor clearly states there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. But Mashable keeps stalling. First, they wanted this and that. I was surprised they did not ask for logs on my PC. After that, they only responded if I sent them an email. Then they started stalling with various stuff. I just noticed that they have a "NO REFUND" policy in the fine print. So this is the first and last time I am buying from them.

Top notch reporting, especially when it comes to the tech industry. Anything from Silicone Valley, worker rights & the exacerbated wealth inequality to the environmental & economic impacts and of course, one of the most horrendous of billionaires... Eeeeellllaahhhwwwnnn!

Matt Binder is an underrated journalist and writer. Mashable truly delivers to those interested in the current state of the tech industry along with the giants who have a monopoly over it.

Both relevant and informative, Mashable is 2nd only to Internet Today for my weekly source of tech news. Alejandra Caraballo of Wired is my 3rd.

I hope Doomed continues to grow to such a constant. Media not beholden to the corpo overlords is definitely needed right now.

I purchased PlayStation Plus: 3-Yr Subscription Stackable Code Bundle from Mashable Shop.
Even though I ordered from UK website, gave my address as UK, the codes I was sent are unusable in the uk. When I queried this I was told that the codes were only valid in USA and that I should "spoof" a USA address on my Playstation and that no refund was available - this is unnaccceptable to me as it seems dodgy if not illegal, and contrary to PSN (Sony) terms.

They took my money to make “custom” insoles for my wife who has very high arches. What we got were completely flat and off the shelf cheap insoles. We have been fighting for a refund for weeks and had to do a chargeback. Their customer service reps have the title of “Support Hero” but it is a joke. Walmart has better service than these folks. If you like wasting money or having to resort to a chargeback to try and get a refund this is the company for you. If you dont want to deal with a scammer company I would steer clear of Mashable aka StackCommerce.

Very shady retailer poor-customer service department. Bought a UV-C light wand in April and it is late June and still have not received light wand. Called them and paypal with poor or no response. Paypal gave them way too much time to investigate this with no resolution. Paypal is
dragging their feet to investigate since Im sure they do a lot of business with them. They would not communicate that they lost the package and they will not let you cancel the order. They kept making excuses that it was held up in customs. But the scan shows it cleared customs almost immediately. They lied about the status everytime I asked for updated. I tried to cancel this and they said it was put into the system and they are still sending this to me,. If i want to send this back they will make me pay for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was buying life time package on a hosting from them and then the hosting start charge money. So i paid for the life time and i had to pay more money after. Both Mashable and the hosting company blame each other.
