Was a great offer and the product is really efficient. Only thing that let this down was the delivery. Was given a choice of about 4 carriers. Chose a Royal Mail 48 hr tracked. The option I was given was Yodel. Tracking not great. Safe place to leave parcel unavailable. Not impressed. Took longer than 48 hours for sure.

The package came crushed. The box was broken and slightly open, was very disappointed

Lovely pizza cooker / air fryer. Very plsd with it.

Buying the product and delivery were excellent. The problem is an unclear and confusing process to register warranty is impossible. They operate two separate websites and operate 3 kind of accounts. One won’t work with other. Impossible to contact anyone about warranty registration. I still can’t figure out which account is which. Why would you do it??

Pans are ok and got discoloured after one use - I guess that's how the stainless pans are, but the delivery service was very disappointing and delivered a week late. And when I complained to Tefal, I received an email from Tefal that sorry for the inconvenience; we are concerned, but your pans were delivered. 🙄. Not going to order again.

Unfortunately on using my Iron for the second time the water tank fell on to a timber floor and cracked in several places hence the water poured out all over the place. Unlike my last Tefal Iron the tank was a lot stronger and I had it for a number of years without any problems, this tank is plastic and will crack easily, so just be aware. The Iron itself is very good and makes ironing an easy job. I have deducted 2 stars as I was not expecting this to happen and currently leaves me without an iron so soon after purchasing.

Brought my new tefal pans as I had changed my cooker to induction. Have been using them for 2 weeks and very pleased so far. Have made my life so much easier. Delivery was excellent.

Great product & Great price

The steam generator is great. I love it. You no longer see seam witnesses when ironing and don't have to turn products inside out. The delivery was terrible as there were no options to redirect. Like a decreasing number of people I work full time and each delivery attempt was in working hours with no option provided to leave with a neighbour, change time or redirect to a locker.

Great deal and well worth the money the saucepans and frying pans are excellent

Beautiful knife block containing razor sharp knives and sharp scissors.
Love the idea of the knives self sharpening as they go back into the block.

The Tefal Air Fryer is good and it arrived quickly, but the website is not user-friendly. We tried for ages to register the product without success. The air fryer wasn't listed in the dropdown menus or anywhere in fact! We emailed the company 2 days ago and have still not had a response. The booklet that comes with the air fryer only gives basic cooking instructions and, although there are supposed to be recipes on the website, we couldn't find them.

Good product - fair price.

Heavy, attractive knife block and smart looking knives. Extremely sharp and a huge improvement on my years old set. Very satisfied
