Antwoord van Wessex Cleaning Equipment and Janitorial Supplies
Hi Sharon,
We are very sorry for the delay in getting back to your review.
We have investigated your problem, and have been able to locate your order and communications with our Sales Team.
I can see that on the day you purchased the item, you were emailed by the team to inform of a 7-10 day delay with your order and if you were happy to wait or receive a full refund. Our Sales team subsequently responded to your email for an update first thing.
It seems the likely problem is that you are not receiving our emails with updates. Would you be able to email marketing@wessexcleaning.com, and we try to find the cause of this problem and put a remedy in place?
Once again, we are sorry for the delay in responding to your review.
Kind Regards,
MR
