Would be zero if I could. Just take my advice, don't buy this rubbish and if you don't like what you get then it is hell to return and you have to send it to China at your expense which is extensive. I have given up trying to get them to adhere to statutory rights some I'm just going to take the hit and try and ensure noone gets screwed by them by leaving regular revues. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a pillow on 24th November 2025 - they said it was delivered on 8th Dec 2025. Was given wrong tracking number so royal post could not find it was then given a new tracking number and found that royal mail delivered to wrong address. However after 32 emails in total some asking me to write a good review before they would send out a replacment which I would not do they have now said that I need to take responsibility to get the pillow and send it back. I cannot send the pillow back as I never had it Post office said they are the sender and they need to raise the claim for a refund. Will never purchase anything from them again - wish I had read some of the reviews before purchase - still no pillow had to go to my bank for a refund. Emailtoday saying they are unable to send a replacement out until I cancel my dispute with the bank.

Pillows advertised as hotel quality and superbly comfortable. Absolutely rubbish. Arrived completely compressed into ting parcels after nearly three weeks. Cut the package open and they grews 20 times bigger but the most uncomfortable pillows imaginable. Had to throw mine on the floor after waking up with neck pains. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered the pillow which is advertised as supportive and helps neck pain. The pillow arrived two weeks later and is literally a cover stuffed with toy filling. It will not offer support for neck pain. The buyer has to pay £6.99 to return and the sellers postage costs are deducted from the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yooje UK a so-called "UK" site which we selling anti-snoring pillows (which are NOT actually in the UK, but China/Hong Kong).

We ordered 4 pillows, which afterwards we found reviews saying that they are very poor quality, and from China, so we emailed them to cancel. Yooje customer service completely ignored our email and sent them anyway from China 5 days later (probably knowing that its hard to return them to China).

We received them a few weeks later, and the quality was awful! Rubbish pillows, not worth anything let alone the £100+ we paid! We emailed asking for a return and refund. They didn't want the return, and made excuses about them costing too much to return to China (despite having the "UK" website name).

Through repeated emails back and forth over many weeks, they offered rediculously small refunds and website vouchers, such as £7 refund and £20 voucher, for £100+ worth of pillows! This says what kind of company they are.

We argued with them (for many weeks) that due to the bad quality, and ignoring our cancellation, that by law they needed to pay for the return and full refund, but they wouldn't have it (claiming their website says otherwise, but that's not the law!). They eventually agreed a refund BUT only if we paid for the return to China - which would have been almost as much as the product cost! No thanks.

Eventually we were forced to do a Chargeback with our bank, which was successful. Full refund and no silly return cost. When they realised they were having to refund via the Chargeback, they panicked and started bombarding us with emails asking us to return the pillows quickly (at our cost) for a refund. Again, no thanks. Money now refunded and pillows to the charity shop.

They guys are scam artists, just see the other reviews here (I suspect any good reviews are not genuine). DO NOT BUY!

Ordered the yooje pillows. Finally arrived after no confirmation of order. Took nearly 4 weeks. They are so cheap. I dont have contact details to return if anyone has, please can you let me know?

These pillows are a scam, paid over £70 for two pillows which are filled with absolute shit. No chance of getting my money back back. All reviews on the site are false please please don’t waste your time or money on anything from this company.

BUYER BEWARE …..bought a ‘support’ pillow from this company. Advertised as having memory foam support but when it arrived it was very poor quality, stuffed with cheap loose fibres and had no memory foam at all. Seller advertises as UK company but are in China. If you wish to return item it’s an address in China & at your own expense. They start by offering you a very small partial refund and say that you can keep the item, the more you protest the more the refund increases. I felt strongly that I’d been mis-sold/falsely advertised so did charge back on credit card through bank and full refund received. I will certainly not be buying from them again.

My hat that i ordered from them was damaged in transit & i emailed them & they requested a photo.
After receiving the photo they are arranging a replacement to be sent & i don't have to return the item
They responded quickly & very politely

3 dogs for my grandaughters didn't arrive until after Christmas. Utter rubbish £75 plus insurance of3.99
They're offering £40 voucher for their website. Told me not to return dogs as it was too expensive. They also said I was lying about the video representing the dogs and the dogs sent to me were exactly as the ones advertised . I knew it was too good to be true. My 9yr old Grandaughter overhead me telling my daughter . Sh said Gran you've been scammed 🤣

Long wait for delivery. Then these supposedly contoured pillows finally arrived. No contouring whatsoever. They are so fully stuffed with foam that neither of us was able to sleep on it. All we gained was neck pain. Tried to get money back, offered money off but no money back. They said return would be very expensive.

I ordered a nico robotica puppy for my granddaughter at the cost of £34. What arrived after a long wait was a cheap battery operated small toy dog, looked nothing like the one advertised! After some investigation I have found that their advertising is a scam and lots of people have been caught out by it. AI has been used to fool buyers and all the details are false. Do not believe any of the YouTube videos re this toy puppy, it’s all false! I have put the one I received in the bin as it was so bad! Please do not buy from this company!

I received a sub standard item, nothing like described, they are refusing to refund, they actually charge £2.99 refund insurance which when you click on the link the page won't load, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Already done a review on the Yooje smart Robo dog.I purchased 2 at Christmas cost me over £50 this was including a £2.99 insurance.Sent a number of emails saying they are a load of rubbish .I had a number of emails back ranging from a £3 refund to a £8 so in the end I received the £8 and was told to keep the dogs.They are still advertising these dogs at over £23 each.Reading a few reviews on there it makes me wonder if they are been paid for what they say .There is a advert about a chap making a puppy for his son who could not have a real puppy.I thought I was buying one of those.This is not one of them. Someone ought to be able to stop these from advertising that if not satisfied within 30days get a full refund customers need to ask how much to return this item.Personally I have never come across such rubbish and would never buy from this company again.They are of no use whatsoever.
Update don’t be fooled they are selling these same dogs making it look like the advertisement selling a a reality fantastic dog doing all the things you would be hoping it does but it doesn’t.Its the same rubbish just a different advertisement.Be careful you have been warned.Read others there just out to make fast money.

I ordered a device for neuropathy on 02/12/2025. I paid £69.20, no confirmation, no goods to date. The gist of this is never, never order goods from this supposed firm. It’s based in Hong Kong and it’s obviously a scam. If you try to get your money back it will just be backwards and forwards. Another rotten firm. Avoid at all costs, another rubbish Chinese site. Don’t go there, seriously.

I ordered a Nico Robotica puppy for my granddaughter, it is nothing like the promotional video. It’s a cheap toy do not order!!! I’ve had numerous emails back and forth to no avail!! I just ordered 2 pillows and another one which came to c. 149.00 but my address is Ireland Dublin and it would not allow me to put in that it just was locked on Norfolk United Kingdom and the money went out of my account can you help me I’m D18 FW20 Dublin Ireland

I bought the anti-snore pillow at £37 plus postage which took it to approximately £40. In return for this I got a very poor quality zipped pillow stuffed with wadding and which I could have bought from any market. Additionally it really doesn’t work to eliminate snoring. My advice is don’t bother with it.

Ordered 2 pillows, absolutely full of craft shop stuffing, cheap and nasty stuff. And as for a refund process I have given up as voucher system says you have to spend £50+. Total scam.

I purchased 3 titanium cutting boards.at a cost of £91.99. They took a month to arrive and when I took them out of the packaging I immediately got a cut on my hand, all the edges are sharp including the cut out handle, dangerous and inferior. They have not listened to my requests and only offer me £7 and a £40 voucher for use online in there store only. I just want a full refund for the dangerous goods and a return address to.send them.back . This company is not helpful in anyway.
