Very bad quality of material I ordered 3 dress materials but they sent me Saree, but very bad quality...guys don't buy anything from this site. Pathetic! I Want my refund.

Yes its a scam,
The product which i have ordered is not that instead they delivered me cheap saree though i have done advance payment through net banking .Now they r neither replying to my mails nor exchanging from original dress.My order no was 9959.

I was the supplier for the Company Shopaholic, all their bandage dresses were supplied by us, they are totally a scam company and have defrauded us 35000USD. The owner of Shopaholic is Kirby Hall, i trust her so much
,but She is totally a cheater.

Did not get my order right, some of it missing. Emailed company, said it was with upper management now they won't even reply. Going on few months now. What was in package was not what I ordered, the label on package was not what was in package

I wish i could give a zero star. I ordered a Harry Potter rubber Protective phone case. I received a piece of cheap plastic, with a different picture and the writing was in Russian. I emailed this company 10 different times (they have no phone number available) and never heard back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company!

Purchased a dress from Shopaholic but didn't like it so returned it. They said they 'didn't receive the dress back' so we were going back and forth months trying to sort it out. They FINALLY agreed to a credit note of £75 and now i've come to use it and cannot find them anywhere! The website has gone, emails are not going through and the Facebook page has vanished.
Very annoyed!!

Sent dress back for wife 12th December been chasing for refund ever since took them to small claims court now been made aware they have gone into liquidation no chance of refund now £80 out of pocket!! Disgusting company

Dress returned 7 weeks ago, no refund which by law should be completed within 14 days. Reported to trading standards. Going to go to small claims court.

Diabolical company do NOT buy from them , they do not give a refund on perfectly legitimate returns .

I bought a dress from shopaholicuk on 30th October from finding them on Facebook. The dress arrived nothing like the image (10 inches shorter!) I immediately sent it back and I am STILL awaiting a refund nearly 3 months on!!

I am constantly being fobbed off and lied to by the dreadful so called customer services! I have contacted my bank and Facebook, people like that shouldn't be allowed to operate a business. I have no idea when or if I will even recieve a refund?

I own my own business and service like this astounds me, I do not appreciate being lied to. If you are not going to refund me I'd like to know the truth not be told it will be in my account in 3-5 days constantly.

Please do not waste your money on this dreadful website.

Shopaholics service is great unless something needs returned!
I bought a £70 bandage dress at the end of October however it was unsuitable and I sent I back within the 2 week time limit. I am STILL waiting on a refund!! Customer Services refuse to email me back now but did originally confirm they had received the dress on 2nd of December. I have now been blocked for commenting and messaging their Facebook and Instagram! disgusting service!!
I don't mind waiting if they could give me any sort of reason to what's taking so long but their emails are rude and unhelpful!!
I also spoke to a couple of other girls who had been waiting a lot longer than me for their refund!

Beware!!! Do not buy from this company the two dresses I purchased were both faulty, they will not refund and blame you for the fault, am know left out of pocket. Fuming and disgusted!!! Do not buy!!!!

I bought The Willow Peach sweetheart mermaid dress for £69. Firstly the colour was more a faded orange than peach- nothing like the colour in the picture! Secondly there was a hole in the seam around the knees. And also there was white streak marks all over the dress! I returned it immediately expecting a full refund and their response was that the white marks was chalk from production and could be easily washed off! The hole they took no responsibility for and they offered me a partial refund of £30 and if I did not accept that they would send the dress back to me! I disputed this and they were very slow in responding to my emails and didn't even answer some of them! I requested a phone number to speak with someone and they declined to give me one! I then took my claim to Lloyds Bank via their Chargeback system who found in my favour after their investigation. I eventually after months got a fully refund! My advice is DO NOT but anything from this farce of a company!

Awful experience with this company was sent a faulty dress with a broken zip which I sent back to be told it was my fault. There was a tooth missing in the zip so couldn't zip the dress up and zip had completely fallen apart not what you expect when spending £80 on a dress. Have had an awful customer service experience where they won't accept fault and won't refund me. Absolutely gobsmacked have never had service so bad.
