These people lie in their advertising because they use social media which is not regulated. They offer a blood sugar monitor but sell you a oximeter at more than twice the price you can buy it elsewhere. Then they ignore your emails and will not return your money. Update. Purchased through PayPay who have returned my money. good job paypal

Goods I received were not what was advertised. The watch doesn’t work and getting hold of them is damn awful. Please get someone to look this business ethics over as it’s the best part £60/£70 I’ve ever wasted on anything ever. It glorified its products by saying the NHS use these!!!!
I’m so annoyed I was dupped never again Facebook won’t ever by anything from there again.

This must be a scam. So far it has cost me £57.80.
No one answers my many emails.

No way of returning unsuitable goods. No paperwork was enclosed with parcel. Dont order with this company. I am stuck with pair of jeans that dont fit properly so will be going to charity shop. Have no other choice.

Scam company hit you with hidden P&P charges and don’t reply when you question it.
If shipping cost says £0 on my order summary then that’s what I expect it to be !

Ordered and PAID for a set of dentures what they sent were not what was advertised. They were tiny little things like dolls teeth. What a Scam how can companies do this to people. I am a pensioner and couldn't afford to lode this money and get no recompence.

This company is a scam! Foolishly, I ordered a finger pulse, oxygen & glucose monitor. What they sent was a regular pulse & oxygen monitor than can be purchased, more cheaply, anywhere. I was fooled by their advertising & recommendations. A glucose monitor like that does not exist. There's no return address and no way to claim a refund.
Furthermore, my credit card was fraudulently used twice on Ticketmaster, to the tune of £288! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They also use the name Jolixi.

I paid good money for these watches & turned up in a small jiffy bag no insructions nothing like they advertise absolutely scammers wish i read people's reviews beforehand, Im hoping i will get my £ 40 odd pounds back

It's a cheap watch does not help you loose weight I paid good money for this watch I will get my money back

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a Fitbit watch. Paid £40. Arrived and it’s a plastic toy! SCAM AND OUT OF POCKET.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered , they got wrong address, evri keep trying to deliver to wrong address, then email saying going back to sender, then few days later same thing again since beginning April. Still not got what I purchased, evri useless, company don't answer any emails

Same as above, I ordered some blood glucose monitors and received pulse monitors, from Shoppaholic with no paperwork to send them back. They stated in their ad that these had a 90 day free shipping returns! I have raised a dispute with PayPal for receiving goods that I did not order. Also, their ad on Facebook suggested that these blood sugar monitors were as used by the NHS. Avoid this company as they are scammers and do not respond to emails.
