I ordered an item based on what was advertised on a Facebook advert.
It did arrive but was completely different to what I'd ordered. It had said it was made in the UK but the package came from China? The quality and finish was awful. I tried to contact them about a return using the email address on my order. This email is listed as inactive. There is no way I can return it and get my money back.

This company should band for business in all world is a crook running the business, I bought a product which says it does what it should do but it is not true what you see it is not what you get then you can’t talk to customers service no phone no email the product is a lies

I ordered a watch, however it was received with 2 payments taken from my account, the watch came in a plain packaging with no branding at all, no branding on the watch. It came with no instructions and am unable to set the watch up at all. I plan to get my money back and I sincerely believe this watch is counterfeit. I’ve e mailed the alleged customer service and their service is non existent.Don’t buy from this company.
Their customer service has responded and refused a full refund unless items were returned at my expense. British law says that the company is responsible for return postage and is the product is not as described a full refund is applicable. They fail on both these issues

It seems this company dissolved on 24 September, just one day after I received my parcel, without the correct items........I wanted to return them but pointless now, i've lost my money. They took two payments from me but I only submitted one !! The name on my statement shows 'YEARDOUR.COM' who are in DENVER, but were sent by SHOPAHOLIC in UK ??? DISCUSTING !!

BTW The add I answered is still being run on Facebook.

This is a scam site. Either it clones authentic companies and pretend to be shipping your priduct from them but instead you end up with cheap Chinese knock-offs.Ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Couldn’t give a minus score. Ordered 2 pairs of shaping pants but they were too big and I cannot get a refund as it’s impossible to email them. It just keeps bouncing back. Do not buy from this company

Scam, I bought some anti cellulite cream, paid £20 for a tiny container that is almost empty! I wish I’d read the reviews first!!

Shame I can’t give a minus 5 star review. I repeatedly emailed them on the email they gave & every time email is returned as not existing. Contacted my bank to cancel the transaction. But it had already been taken out of my account, Eventually after 4 weeks I received email stating parcel had been dispatched. I tried again to cancel with no luck. Once item received it’s not what I ordered. Sent another email & yes that one was returned saying email address does not exist.
This company or should I say people are nothing but scammers taking peoples hard earned money.

0 customer service, ignoring emails form customers, selling scam items - that's this company real policy statement should be!

Got a reply but I wanted to cancel the order and they do not let you so the same. Also they rever taking their own sweet time. Now they are saying that they will update in two working days about the shipping have placed the order almost a week before and today after sending them almost 5-6 emails they responded. Really not a professional website to deal with

I ordered 360 Triangle Cleaning Mop with stainless steel long handle-pack of 1 with 2 mop Cloth free SKU45204800536854. No free mop cloth received. There is no water squeezing facility. Very poor quality. Very very low quality item. Hardly it should cost 100 Rupees for which I paid 799 Rupees. Fraud company

Accurate shipping and great quality of product really lovely customer service i will really be using this company for any future packages. This company knows what they are doing i recommend this to everyone out there!!

Ordered a pair of shoes on 25th January, no response till 21ST MARCH, their customer care option is fake, says doesn't exist, made a mistake paying in advance, without checking for reviews.
Complete fraud website BEWARE!!!

Essentially this site would appear to be a facility in order to obtain money by deception, a criminal offence. Naively ordered something just before christmas 2022, money was debited but nothing arrived and no correspondence responded to. The address given appears when googled to be a private address in Adelaide which is presumably just a postal address. You pay any money to these and you can kiss goodbye to it. You will also find that the police would not be interested either too trivial or too difficult.

Fraud site, don’t trust

Worst experience . Return picked but no information about replacement and no contact number . mails not replied . This site needs to be blocked wen a person can't contact to get any information when their money is stuck with them .
