Amazing price, product, and service
I found a fountain pen here that is very rare at an amazing price. I was almost nervous for it to arrive, finding it hard to believe this special edition would be so affordable. It arrived quickly, in pristine condition, gorgeous careful wrapping like a present, and I was blown away. Big fan and would definitely shop here again!

Package never delivered
Package never delivered. Emailed them and they only replied once. It's been 4 days since then and no update on what to do next. I've tried emailing them again and nothing, just ghosted. They replied to the one star review, I'm still giving them a 3 star for customer service, I understand small businesses don't have enough hands to handle everything but a quick email stating that we'll get back to you when we can would've really helped. Though my package has been misplaced by the post office, they have improved on communication and the customer service is very friendly, in the future I'll be ordering straight to my house.

Update: When I tried to file the missing mail claim for you on the first day, it gave me a generic error and said "please try again later", with no explanation. After further research, it turns out the post office makes you wait 7 days to file a missing mail claim, which can be done by either the sender or the recipient. Tomorrow will be the 7th day. I will email you with details.
Hi Meredith, the package is showing delivered, and you said yourself that your post office told you they put it in your box. There is absolutely nothing we can do to prevent the post office from mis-delivering mail. I told you I’d see what we can do on your behalf, and I have not forgotten about you. I’ve been busy running a storefront, but I’m still working on it. Our shop is a two-person operation with a brick and mortar store in addition to online customers. Your post office should be the one getting the 1-star review, because we shipped it and it sounds like they put it in the wrong box. But as I said above, I’m still working on it… on your behalf.

Personalized and adorable
I received my packages promptly and when I opened I was pleasantly surprised... I had a lovely delivery note along with my receipt. Each box was labeled with cute little messages..and that was before I even opened my items. Everything I ordered is great quality and just so precious!

Shady Business, Poor Customer Service, Outrageous Shipping Costs
Charged excessive amount for Shipping, and yet the Merchandise arrived damaged and with missing lid. Followed their website instructions about contacting them, they asked me to send photo of the shipping box, which was already in the trash. They told me that with no photo of the shipping box, there would be no refund. I had to dig into the trash to pull the box. They still refused to issue a refund, or provide Return Shipping Label to return the merchandise. They stated they had no use for damaged merchandise. They wanted me to file a damage claim with the post office and wait for my refund that way or return the item in person to their store... 2400 miles away from me. Horrible Customer Service, after several frustrating emails, they began to lecture me on how they package merchandise, and how I was not cooperating by ME refusing to file a claim with the post office. Bottom line? they rob you with no shame. over charge shipping, they send incomplete orders, they do not take responsibility for their shady packing, make you jump through hoops to get a refund on their merchandise, then ask you to return it in person, regardless of where you live. Worst shopping experience ever, and pretty darn rude people.

Warm gloves
