To return products the cost is on the buyer to send everyone to Beijing, China!!! The cost to do so is as much as the cost of the purchase. The company only offers 50% refund if you choose to not send it back in which they probably still make a hefty profit. The shirts are small for U.S. body types. My shoulders and arms do not fit in these shirts. Ridiculous! BEST TO BUY FROM AN U.S. BASED COMPANY LIKE FRESH CLEAN THREADS.

Scam company. Ordered shirts. Said out for delivery for 2 weeks on tracking. Took a total of over 3 weeks. Shirts were XL. They were maybe medium in true size. $107.00 i can get a refund if I pay $25 in shipping, back to China in 2 to 4 weeks. I dont trust them. If you read this...just dont. Plenty of other options.

Awful company. Their T-shirts are ok, but after a couple orders I decided to try some other sports clothes. The sizes were terrible, way too small and nothing like the fit of their T-Shirts. The clothes were also damaged with marks. You have to pay for returns yourself so I reached out in 3 emails and 2 messages on instagram to confirm the return with no response whatsoever. They don’t refund until they receive your return and I lost all faith I would get any money back since I was unable to get a response from their customer support team.

Don’t buy from this company, there are many better alternatives.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, you will never receive your shirts, this is a really bad company, they will not give my money back , please don't do business with this company

Great communication regarding my order status. I've placed at least 6 orders with you and never had a problem. They take a little while to get here, but they are coming from overseas and have to pass through customs. Your shirts are well worth the wait, and they are superior to any other shirts I have ever ordered. I do want to add that I really liked the tight arm fit better than the new looser fit tee shirts, but not a deal breaker.

Place an order on Match 7, 2026it is now March 25, 2026 and the tracking shows it's not shipped, they refuse to help and insist that shipping is not their responsibility, i would not recommend Averon to anyone

These shirts have a terrible fit. I'm just going to donate the shirts to Salvation Army.

I ORDERED 6 TEE SHIRTS ON THE 24TH OF FEBRUARY, IT IS NOW THE 19TH OF MARCH, NO UPDATE WITHOUT CHASING, VERY BAD SO FAR, NOT EXPECTING MUCH IF THEY ARE EVENTUALLY DELIVERED AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS.

First order arrive after 10 days, really happy with the fit and the feel of the shirts. 2nd order placed on the 3rd of March has yet to move (now the 14th) any contact with then get the same response, probably from a bot. Not a happy camper!

Absolutely terrible! I trusted this company to provide what they assured. I ordered 2 sets of 6 tee shirts all of the shirts are way to small and yes the sleeves are almost under my arm. The first order took 1 month to arrive, waiting on the second order. Looks to me like these shirts are shipped and possibly manufactured in China. The Chinese men are considerably smaller than American men hence the fkn small shirts! DO NOT BUY A DAMN THING FROM THESE DUMMIES! You will be disappointed, I promise you!

Can you give less than one star?? Product doesn't come close to being sized correctly. Fabric is no better than 90% of the cheap stuff on amazon. Emailed customer service three times to try and return the "bundle" of shirts purchased and no one ever responded. Go Elsewhere!!

False advertising, poor customer service. T-shirts are made from synthetic materials not cotton, myself and my son are extremely allergic to synthetic fabric so caused my lungs to swell up mid way through a workout and ended up in hospital my son ended up with burn marks all over his skin. The response from customer support was basically “just return them for a refund” legal action has been started.

I never got my shirts. Ordered on January 22,2025!!! It’s February 2026!

They are horrible at the customer service, the service is terrible and they don’t even care about to fix the issues. Keep your money and don’t waste any time trying to order from them.

Complete scam and the shirts are low quality and shipping times take over a month to get to you. Made in china garbage.

When I accidentally sent my order to my old address, the Averon customer service team reached out to the shipping company to ensure the items were sent to the right place. The products arrived quickly and are the best shirts I've owned.

Has anyone a phone number. Tried to reach out by mail, no response. Want to stop a purchase. However it hasn't been sent either. Is 6 days since and nothing has happened with track.

Stay away. It's fake . They will take your money and not reply or refund you . Very bad experience 😕

Horrible product. Does not fit as advertised. Not even close to the quality of other brands out there and they feel horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. Stay away!
