Antwoord van Shopbefikar
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be.
At Shopbefikar, we follow a standard verification process for wrong or damaged product claims. For an exchange to be approved, we require an unboxing video showing the courier packet seal being opened for the first time, as this helps us verify issues fairly with our logistics partners.
In this case, since the courier packet was already opened before reporting the issue, we were unable to validate the claim, which is why the replacement could not be processed. This policy is clearly mentioned on our website and is necessary to prevent misuse and ensure fairness for all customers.
We assure you that Shopbefikar is not ignoring the concern, and you may still reach out to our customer support team via our official support channel for further clarification. We genuinely value customer trust and continuously work to improve our processes.
