You can stop telling people lies. You're products come from overseas. You have no customer service line. And you're ten times worse on shipping. You're company needs shut down. I can order you're crap from china on temu and have it in t days. No excuse. Yes I'm reporting to BBB AND FRAUD LINE.

I paid $33.12, (plus $7.99 for shipping & $0.66 for shipping insurance ) for a grand total of $41.77 for a "Scrub Peeing Drain Holder-The Funniest Sink Buddy". What I received was two sponges with smiley faces. No holder. This site is a scam. Learn from me & dont waste your money!

I assume this jewelry company deals with a lot of popular demands to deliver some of the most captivating jewelry pieces and custom medallions within the affordable jewelry market today, so of course I expected there could possibly have a long waiting process or could simply miss some of the most smallest details. But does this company still deliver amazing pieces that gets a lot of compliments and the wandering “eyes”? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Took forever to get to me ordered well before Christmas hoping to get it but didn’t get until after Christmas. Secondly only had it for a couple weeks and the clasp broke off top of container. I realize it’s not real gold but you would have thought it would be better made

Not sure what happened to the shop owners but never received my order or shipping confirmation. Had to dispute the order through PayPal and they reached out to the commas well and never heard back. I sent a IG message and never heard from anyone and their last post was over a month ago. Received a refund through PayPal. This was a terrible very professional experience. If your business is no longer active then shut the site down.

No, you never fulfilled the order. It was never received. Furthermore, the order was placed in November of 2023. It was to be a Christmas gift. We emailed your company at least 50 times, as well as attempting to call repeatedly. Never one response from you. The item never came. We are completely confused as to why you think the order was received and fulfilled. No item. No proof of delivery. No communication. Nothing. We will NEVER order from ICECI again.

Terrible, took way to long to come I paid for fast shipping didn’t receive that also I ordered Two silver Cuban chains I got a silver and a gold one that messed my neck up ! I also emailed to cancel orders before they were even close to being shipped , email was never acknowledged !

Seems as if I got scammed. Placed an order, they lied about the materials it was made of, found the same item on AliExpress for 0.87cents when when I tried to ask about it and tell them I wanted to cancel I never heard back. Been almost a month now and still haven't heard a thing. Definitely reporting to my Cc company to try and get my money back as I can't even get a response

I still have not received my order, they have sent me two “review your experience” emails but have not responded as to why i paid over 200 dollars and have not received my order. I’m wondering if this is a fraudulent company.

You didnt send the right Chain,the Chain you sent was broke n didnt look like what you advertised. Also it took 2mouths to get.

The product is good, but the fact that the actual shipping time is not what yall say it is. I had to file a dispute with my bank after emailing and messaging several times asking about the status of my order and you never responded to me. Once I filed the dispute suddenly my order actually ships. As a business your communication sucks and for that reason alone I will never make another purchase from you, nor will I refer anyone to you. I should not have to wait over a month for something I should have received within 7 business days.
