It took more than a month to receive my…
it took more than a month to receive my order, although I am based in Dubai which is very close to Iran.
I order 3 busts of ancient kings of Persia.
One arrived broken and one is wobbly as the base isn’t straight.
They finally refunded the broken one after numerous emails.
But overall i am please with the order, love them.

It makes us happy that you are interested in Iranian culture and purchased old sculptures. As you have been informed, due to Nowruz "Iranian New Year", the post office in Iran is closed and all orders ship with delay. I will give you the link to the Iranian Post site. You can get in touch with them and share your protest that the Post office should not be a holiday on Nowruz & New Year. Also, share the time of shipping from Iran to Dubai, with the Iranian Post Company, as to why the shipping time should take about 10 days due to the short distance between the two countries.
We have refunded the cost of the damaged goods according to our Policy rules. On all trusted Shopping websites in the world, including Amazon, It may take 7 to 10 days, and your frequent emails will not accelerate this time because it depends on your bank & ours.
unacceptable excuses
We placed the order for a Koobideh machine in on April the first, and received it on May the 12th. It took less than 6 days to be delivered from Iran once shipped but nearly 5 weeks to be processed as they first claimed shortsge of stock, four weeks closure of post offices for Nowroiz and anothr two weeks for ramedan. They then offered a compensatory gift, which was not asked for, but never eventuated anyway. This site will not be my first choice for future online purchase.

Product is unprocessed
I ordered a Chador, but received only an unprocessed piece of fabric. I can buy fabrics in Germany for a fraction of this pretty high price, but nobody can sew a Chador over here. I'm really really disappointed.

I received my item after one month and…
I received my item after one month and this was due to Nowruz. However every time I enquired about the delivery I was told that it had not been dispatched due to the holidays. I was also told the same thing on the day that my item was delivered. Saeed was helpful by answering my queries.

Wanted a wooden box to store a board…
Wanted a wooden box to store a board game whose box is unwieldy and not great looking, and found this website. Had to contact support to find out the inner dimensions, who replied promptly and suggested some boxes that would fit my requirements.
The box arrived on time and was in perfect condition, not only does it look great but the wood has a very pleasant smell.
