I made an online order from shoppersia recently,although it was the first time shopping from an iranian website,had a great experience overall..the postage time was very fast and reliable with tracking info provided to me_and my order was exactly asked for,I am very satisfied and recommend shopping from this iranian online shop_very trustworthy👍

I am extremely disappointed with this seller. The product was never delivered, and at no point was I informed about any delays or issues with the shipment. The carrier ended up returning the item to the seller, yet I am still being charged for the transportation costs, which is unacceptable.

The lack of communication, responsibility, and customer care is very concerning. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this seller to anyone. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop to prevent similar problems.

Bought a qada, amanah, and peacock sajadah. Excellent quality and qada was sized perfectly, mashaAllah.

Alhamduillah they go above and beyond and are very professional and reliable, I recommend this company to everyone I meet who needs products from Iran.

I placed an order on September 19th, and the stated delivery time was up to 20 days. The payment was charged the day after I ordered, but I still haven’t received my item, any tracking information, or any updates at all.
I have tried contacting the company, but without success – no response whatsoever. This is very disappointing and feels unprofessional. I still hope to receive my order, but so far, I cannot recommend this webshop.

I ordered a bag that was supposed to be delivered after three weeks. After four weeks, I contacted them to see what was happening, and they said that the bag wasn't in stock. So, I asked for a refund, and when I didn't get that either, they said that it was their bank's fault. They never apologised and were incredibly unhelpful throughout the process. I still haven't received my refund.

They are trustworthy, but it is a bit expensive compared with the prices of the original products, because i am buying them from iranian sites.
And it can take some time till the order is delivered but it’s still the most trustful site i worked with.

Bought homemade Lavashak from here. It came from Iran to the UK and it shows in the quality, the taste is so authentic.

To be specific I bought the ghare ghorot lavashak and it is so sour and perfect. If your a fan of sour lavashak you should know what i mean.

Delivery was relatively quick. Surprising due to the long distance. Of course my order was also homemade (i believe fresh to order; tastes it anyways) so that added some time.

I will say to the shop owners to improve their emailing system, as I had my doubts about whether it was coming due to lack of emails😅 Instagram customer service should be advertised on the website more clearly. Customer service, once i found out it was on instagram, was great.

The package took much loooonger than expected due to the ongoing geopolitical reasons, around 4 month, but it did arrived to Brazil with exact item and carefully wrapped. Service can be trusted.

Ordered a Ring. Even though it came with the wrong size, the ring is still very beautiful.
