Achtung: BETRÜGER !!! Ich wollte mein Geld für die Ware, die von mehr als minderwertiger Qualität ist und auch nicht den angegebenen Größen entspricht, zurückbekommen.
Die Firma versuchte mehrmals mich mit Gutscheinen oder 20%Erstattungen anzuspeisen.
Am 10. Juni habe ich schließlich das Paket zurückgeschickt, am 16. war es am Flughafen in Peking. Bis jetzt, 30. Juli, habe ich immer noch kein Geld, denn das Paket sei nicht angekommen.

5 stars are for the quality of the product and the patience of the customer service that I guess had nothing to do with this delay in receiving the product so late. The quality is outstanding like in the photo. For the delivery and the company self I am afraid I am a bit puzzled.Product arrived after a month and I honestly thought this was a scam…finally I managed to receive it but I think you should be warned about waiting time. I do think they should really specify that on their website especially because they kept on sending me tracking links that I could not view.

Unfortunately I can't write anything but confirm other people's opinion. An awful experience, after weeks no news about my order, in the meanwhile I've lost my chance of buying from other more serious sellers

Bei meinem Einkauf hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Ware ist gut und ich habe tatsächlich Schuhe bekommen, die sonst überall ausverkauft waren. Da ich vorher die schlechten Bewertungen gesehen hatte, habe ich den Kundenservice frühzeitig kontaktiert als der Bestellprozess im Account nicht fortschritt. Ich bekam eine freundliche und qualifizierte Antwort und die Ware kam ein paar Tage später an. Also alles 👍

Do not buy from this site,didn't recieve my order luckily I paid threw PayPal an got a full refund

How is this site still operating??? Established scam and my payment through PayPal was immediately refunded. The 4/5 star reviews must be by the scammer himself.

If could give zero stars I would. Due to doing some frantic last minute online shopping I didn't do my due diligence of researching the site as I normally would.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes after coming across the brand on Urban Outfitters. I received a none branded scarf. I contacted the company's customer service (auto4@vmcustomers) and the email bounced back so I emailed back the receipt address (mailbox@officecustomer and would always show as Success ID. XXXX etc ). I proved to the them I received a scarf, they offered me a 40% refund and to keep the scarf or 100% refund if I return it to them. I essentially told them no in a series of back and forth emails to which they were urged me to reconsider the 40% refund due to expensive return fees and long deliveries. They eventually sent me their returns details which didn't match the address I managed to find when I peeled back my delivery own details on the original package (completely different district - Shanghai). The delivery details they sent me incase anyone is interested:

I have since contacted my bank and found that they had actually over charged me but I didn't notice due to the stresses of getting everything ready for the holiday and had bought multiple things over multiple accounts (different accounts have their different privileges etc). The charge showed up on my account as EPL*RENSEDIPTY.

Please be vigilant, take that extra few minutes to do the research and learn vicariously through myself and others and save yourself the stress. I am awaiting my bank to investigate and fingers crossed I will get my full refund.

My product was returned to the sender due to lack of address, but I filled in my address when I made my account on the website... I already know that I will not receive either the product or the refund. Not to mention the terrible customer service, I sent several emails and they never answered me!!!!!!!

Awful experience. I am pretty sure I was scammed by now. I feel terrible.

It is a scam. They send the fake rings from China with all your personal details on the envelope for everyone to see and the tracking number is fake.

Ignored for a week without communication and my package still hasn’t shipped. Asked for a refund and they told me to wait and they want to ship it instead. I asked specifically for a refund 4 different times now and they keep telling me they’d rather ship them. Do not buy from them.

literally horrible customer service.
Their website says they'll get back to you in a day?
Try like 4-5 days.
You never get to chat with a person online, only a bot, lol, and if you get a person replying, see above.
Their shoes are cute and nice, I give them that.
But order with caution, you won't get your order for like a month.
I placed my order on the 18th, still don't have it! Still is at the same usps carrier facility.
I'm currently waiting 10 more days and then I'm contacting my bank to dispute it because it's BS.
They lie on the site and say 2-3 day processing, when its actually 6-8 days.
Then shipping isn't 5-7 days, it's well over that.
I like the shoes. Hate the company. Again, order with caution!

Terrible customer service.I ordered my shoes on January 11 th. No update until today. I chatted the customer service and they said my shoes are sold out. I also sent email the customer service.They did not returned.

I got scammed.. website looked like Melissa.. so annoyed. Ordered sandals and received sunglasses. They are offering me 45% refund and I can keep the glasses if not they want me to return glasses at my cost!!! Terrible customer service. I have raised a complaint with my credit card. Wish I had known. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

As others have found the website listing www melissaukonline is most likely a scam. I also had the same experience of ordering, the ordering emails are a bit dodgy to be honest so I was uneasy from the beginning. The order never arrived and they only offer '45%' refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Melissa should investigate who exactly is running this site.

Update for who lost their money I reported the transaction as scam to my bank and got my money back.
Scam. Ordered shoes, got an email confirming the money went out and as the order never arrived I complained. Got reply saying order is lost and that they could refund me 50% of the total. What serious store offers 50% refund of an order the customer never got?
Avoid this store. Melissa shoes brand should take action against sites using their brand name

I made an order on 24 of June, asked them a few days later what's going on and told just no worries, your order will arrive. Two months later they responsed that the order was lost and they offer 40% refund because they lost money too. Worst site ever. Do not order!!!!!

Do not use this site ...SCAM...paid for sliders then heard absolutely nothing ..no order conformation no reply to messages !! Had to open dispute with bank .
AVOID.

I never write reviews but this has been the worst online shopping experience ever .
Purchased 2 pair of sandals the 29th of July received a confirmation that the money been taken out of my account and today the 15 of August after 10 emails with no response I find myself in a situation where I have to contact the bank .

Worried I will never get my money back or ever receive the goods .

Stay away from this site !
