I ordered some boots January 2022 with supposedly a 4 week delivery. It's now January 2023 and no delivery. I have emailed them but they are ignoring me. Seen on here that many people are being scammed. This site should be investigated and closed down.

Ordered a watch at the start of last year and after being told by ‘robert’ I would receive a refund after deciding enough was enough, I received nothing! Don’t order from these people! You wont get the product or your money back!

I've ordered a watch at the end of January and I still haven't received it. Have emailed numerous times and was even told it was on a slow boat from China - made me laugh. Have been trying to get my money back but no luck, won't even reply to my emails any longer. Do not purchase from these scammers!!!

I've ordered an watch in January and I still didn't received it. When emailing them I always receive an automated email saying that I'll be contacted by them in 1-3 working days. We are in August, how can I get my money back?

I ordered a watch last September for my partner for Christmas, still hadn't arrived by mid-December so canceled, still yet to be refunded despite emailing multiple times.

This is a absolutely fake and frude website .yet not aarived my bag after six month.

I wouldn’t give them any stars but that doesn’t seem to be an option. Fully agree with other postings. I ordered a Garmin watch at the beginning of the year. They immediately took payment. When it didn’t arrived I cancelled the order, at which time “Robert” said that I would be refunded in 5-10 working days. Nothing! No replies to chasing emails. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards who should, given the body of complaints, open a file/case.

Ordered a fitbit in January, Never arrived, Asked for a refund, They said wait for 5 -10 days. 2 months and still no refund. Send emails to say it's still not been refunded. Totally been scammed. They haven't responded after the second request of refund after the first was ignored.
Don't shop with them.

Awful experience - fobbed me off for weeks when no delivery arrived, then agreed to a refund and nothing since, still no money back. AVOID at all costs!!

Made the mistake of not checkint trust pilot and it turns out they scammed me, charged £50 for 2 Mi bands and the never send goods, nor refund despite promising it in the email. I have opened a dispute with my banks see if there is anything to I can get back.

Ordered a Fitbit for Christmas for the wife, still no Fitbit or money returned. Daylight robbery. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Like so many other reviews I have just read. It appears I have been conned!
I ordered a fit bit watch in January, emailed so many times. Robert assured me my order was delayed due to covid, etc.
I have just been to their site and it no longer exists. £90 gone just like that. After waiting for months I had to buy my watch from a well known high street store. Yes I paid more but at least I recieved my order.

Avoid this so called company like a plague!!

Three or four months ago, I bought a pair of dr marten boots. I never received them, I requested a refund and after about a month or two Robert told me I would receive my refund within 10 days. a month has passed and I have not received my money and I cannot contact Robert now. this is a scam site.

I ordered a Garmin watch at the beginning of January with a 2 - 4 week shipping time. After 3 weeks I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them for an update. Nothing heard so I emailed again and got a reply from Robert saying that due to issues there was a delay in the shipping. After about 5 weeks I contacted them saying that this was unacceptable and I would like a refund. Robert replied saying there was a problem with refunding me and I had to go through my bank. I reminded him that he was quick enough taking my money so he can easily credit my card or at least give me a credit note. No response so more emails and then he asked for my account details to credit that. I passed some details of an account I have with no funds in it and not overdraft facility as by now I’m suspecting it’s a load of bullS£&t. No money credited and 3 more emails to Robert and no response.
This company needs shaming and investigating. So Robert, if you read this I want my £90 back. Money I worked hard for and money you have now in my opinion obtained from me by fraudulent means.

Unfortunately I ordered a fitbit(49.99) too at the biginningof January, I've received nothing, not even an apology. I wish I had read the reviews sooner, thanks for the advice as I will be contacting my bank also, I'll update if there's any news from the so called robbery, sorry robert.

This company es a scam please don't buy from it

Absolutely appalling customer service. Constantly chasing as never received my item finally got ONE badly written email to say it had probably got lost in transit and how did I wish to proceed. I asked for a refund and STILL not heard back and guess what no refund either! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Had to put 1 star because there is no option for ZERO, or worse. This business is shocking - took my money in January for a Fitbit and despite me chasing it never arrived. Robert tells me it is lost in the postal system - I firmly suspect it never existed. I demanded a refund in March; still nothing. Now Robert tells me my card processor is the issue and can he have my bank details! What a scam. He fraudulently acquired my money in the first place as I don’t believe the watch existed or was ever going to be sent, and now he wants personal details from me so he can criminally defraud me I presume through selling my data or some other illicit means. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - it is so stressful trying to get my money back. I am reporting this to my bank to start an investigation and hopefully I will get a refund that way, and I am reporting Robert personally to Trading Standards. I hope he is shut down.

So despite not answering my messages asking repeatedly for my refund, Robert has decided to ask me (within 1 day, via Trustpilot) for more information so he can respond more appropriately to my 1 star review. Can you believe the cheek. ROBERT, THE RESPONSE IS SIMPLE - GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, ITS NOT YOURS; I EARNED IT; YOU STOLE IT. TRADING STANDARDS ARE AWARE AND MY BANK ARE ON TO YOU.
