Purchased clothes over 2 months ago and…

Purchased clothes over 2 months ago and never received. Attempted to communicate but received an automated response from the overseeing finance site and nothing further. Seems to be a fraud site. Found the site by searching Peter Alexander outlet and it misrepresented itself as such. The following day the website vanished from Google and took a lot of work to track down the real page.
Doubt I’ll ever get my money back

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, the amount of paint I received was very little,the advertising was very misleading

Less than 1 star - avoid this company like the plague- returns impossible

In response to your reply - I still have an unwanted item I’ve not been able to return.
I had to open a case with PayPal which helped me acquire a refund for one item

Placed my order a week ago and still no…

Placed my order a week ago and still no sign of it being dispatched , they took money from my account as soon as it was orderd and just get same automated message from customer service, not a good experience

I ordered a outfit which is too big and…

I ordered a outfit which is too big and I ordered the smallest size have asked them for a returns label after 6 emails to them still no label the last email I received from them they are asking for photos of the outfit which they should have a copy of my order.Help
