DHRU has been exceptional in service and features. I really like the feature request section where users like us can vote for a feature and they will provide features based on votes. Even if your feature request doesn’t have much votes, they will consider the request and provide the features.

We do have 2 licenses from DHRU, the overall experience with the software support is SO MUCH FRUSTRATING. They won't answer or solve your problem if you have your own VPS they will try to upsell other companies VPS that is x3 x4 times more expensive, we did that mistake on our first license and won't do this again, avoid they recommendations. When it comes to supporting you will sit at the corner and cry. Their support is the worse by all companies I have met all over the internet combined. We have issues that we are trying to solve for months and no result. I am not saying do any buy the software if you want to do your work, the software is really powerful and great for the job, but be ready for VERY BAD support.

Updated 2021: nothing has changed at this software so many years, each year this company create an unexpected error in the website, so you need to pay the software support, to re-download and make workable the website again, because you don't have access to the source files of installing clean soft to fix error. When it comes to fixing error, you will need many days, if not weeks to reach the support and explain them the basic. I believe that this people is just sitting and laughing with clients, so avoid this software if you want to use anything else, totally recommend it. Yes unfortunately I am owner of 2 licenses from this company. If I knew what I will met so many year I wouldn't buy anything from them.

I have been using dhru since 2008. if his scripted not existed
many people would not have earned bread or existed in this business.
the big problem is that dhru charges everyone very reasonable
when it comes to support which like a few usd
instead when u go hire a developer for troublehooting and problems
they charge min 50 $ per hour.

but everyone want to pay a penny and expect a million dollar work

and that too life time. so I totally disagree if anyone post bad review about him. u want to hire a person for life time which is not acceptable.

to me dhru always been good gave the best support.
in 2019 dhru is back with plenty of updates and show lot of seriousness in work.
I highly recommend all to buy dhru rather other scripts
who offer u cheaper scripts and from internally monitor ur business.

This is the worst GSM server company on the face of this planet. Stay away from them..you will spend money but get nothing in return. Complete scam.

Reply to dhru..I understand that they sometimes need update, but when you get a site up it's not at all ethical to ask for money by making it not working, getting updates is another things and asking money by making it half way userful is another thing

Update2: I did not talk anything about FREE updates and I am not blackmailing (please spell correctly, it makes it easier to read), you make it workable but half way so people need to pay your exorbant rate ($299) which is ridiculous. Also When you respond on your ticket you dont respond in a timely manner most of the time but here apparantly you respond super fast so have to communicate here in public.

Update 3: Please type update on the end of existing comments, it makes it easier to respond, if you want me to post my credentials here to get support, then so be it. I am not forcing or telling you what your price should be, thats your prerogative not mine. Let me know if you want to keep discussing in public or want me to discuss in your ticket or via skype or whatsapp or anything else if the response is going to be timely like here.

Do not trust !

After speaking with them first, I was promised they could implement our API, so was told to buy the site and pay for API integration.

My promise was broken !! they cannot do the work i have already paid them to do, and they refuse to fix it or refund my money.

they cannot supply the level of service they claim to do, after spending over $1,700 USD i still have a site that does not work. 3 years in and still no support to fix it. all i get is arrogant replies after 4 days of waiting for a reply and rudeness.

Once they have been paid they ignore your emails completely.

My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
