These people are charging me $20 a month for something.I did not sign up for I have had to change my banking account information to keep these people out of my account. And now I can't figure out how to unsubscribe or pull my information easily.I mean , what the f*** is going on with this company

The app is good on the whole but I have recently faced a few issues and it doesn't feel like support is doing much to help.
Firstly, receipts are sometimes getting rejected as they have read the date wrong but there is no way for me to challenge this and its frustrating.
Secondly, over the last month or so I have had numerous issues submitting email receipts. The first time they said they would let me know once fixed, I continued to try and some bound back and some didn't, no apology or tokens for those I could not submit though. Then not long after it seemed fixed it started happening again, emailed again and got the same response. No real information into why it keeps happening, no apology. Over the last month or so I have sent around 10 receipts that bounced back as undelivered, emails that I do not want to trawl through to find as some sent others didn't making it hard to keep track of. I have missed out on at least 300 points due to their errors but no mention of any tokens for the problems and missing tokens. It can take a while to build them up anyway, let alone in January so missing points when we have receipts is frustrating!
Update - After speaking to the company they offered no help just that this issue was now fixed and wanted me to go through hundreds of emails to find all the ones that bounced back! When I said this didn’t seem fair after such a long period and chasing them they offered 50!! Tokens, the equivalent to just two receipts not sent on the day of purchase. I used to think this company was great, but the customer service Ive received is poor.

So got my account disabled for no reason and no explanation. Also had enough points accumulated to get some vouchers that I obviously couldn’t claim. And support team are not responding. So what’s the point you may ask?! And I’ve heard that I’m not the only one…

So at first kept running into weekly limit issues, although didn’t reach their mentioned 30 weekly receipt limit. And then it started to happen every 2-3 days. When questioned it, they just blocked my account, with no explanation.
So they gather your shopping habits, sell them to 3rd parties, raise up target limits, and then just delete your account for no reason without explanation and without awarding the points… scammers, that’s who they are!!
So can I get my account reinstated ?!

Traded my points for vouchers, the codes wouldn’t work . Emailed Shoppix for help, no response ! Don’t waste your time

Got a gift card, can’t redeem it. Cowboys or fake. Not happy. Cannot contact them!
EDIT: they resolved this issue and there have been no further problems.

Absolutely rubbish..I was scanning receipts everyday. Everything was going good..when the time came to withdraw the voucher the app stopped working. Wouldn't let me logging.. I installed the app lots of time and emailed the company..still did not work and no reply either. These people are fake

I joined a few years ago and have had many vouchers to spend, I choose Amazon. It is do very easy just buy your items remember to get a receipt, scan on your Shoppix app same day is best you earn more points. Easy enjoy 😉 😎

Great app and an easy way to earn points which can be transferred to vouchers. Sometimes receipts are rejected incorrectly when it doesn't read the date correctly which is rather frustrating but other than that it's easy.
