Scam. Do not purchase anything from this shop. I ordered the Twilight Hoa Hoa Hoa sweatshirt and never received my order. I could not dispute it either since it never shipped. I messaged on instagram and would never get a response. The site is now down.

I want to start by saying that my first experience with this store was fantastic. I got what I ordered and it was in the time frame that was set per the email. This was over 2 years ago.

On to the latest orders. I ordered back when she was having her 30% off sale. I never got any updates on my order. I waited the recommended time per her automatic email request and did as instructed per the emails. I waited over 2 weeks for a response after waiting the recommended amount of time. (8-12 weeks) At the time, she was having issues with her shop site, having personal issues with her shop getting broken into, and going through a career change. So, I gave her grace for not responding. I did everything including sending my order again so she would have it per her request through instagram when her site went down. Despite doing everything that she asked, she did not respond to me until I messaged her again. She said she had my stuff done and that she would send them in the next two weeks. I looked on the Shop app for the next two weeks and didn’t see an update for shipping. After the two weeks I messaged her again. I said, I’m giving you two more weeks and if I don’t have an update on the Shop app saying that it shipped then I would like a refund. She said that she was so sorry and that she was in the middle of moving her shop and that she would ship my order. She agreed to the refund if my order wasn’t shipped within the two weeks. Needless to say I didn’t get anything. So, I DMed her and said I would like my refund since you didn’t send my orders. I took a whole week, but I ended up getting my refund. All I can say is be persistent if this is happening to you. And call her out (in a professional way) by using her guidelines against her if needed too because that’s what I did and it worked. I hope it works for you too.

Made the mistake of placing two orders with this business: one in February 2024 and one in June 2024.

The Feb '24 order took nearly a full year to arrive after over a dozen emails back and forth with the owner. I was constantly given excuses about the shipment not getting picked up, it getting lost in transit, or broken machines delaying production. When the item finally arrived, I was pleased to see it was high-quality with no loose threads or embroidery errors. But the process had been so horrible that it was hard to be happy about receiving it.

It's now November 2025, and I'm still waiting for my June '24 order. I've sent multiple emails and Instagram DMs, and I either get ghosted or get excuses. Every comment I leave on the shop's socials gets deleted. I guess enough people reported the owner to Shopify for scams/fraud that the shop's website has been taken down, so I'm doubtful I'll ever receive my order. And based on other comments, it seems like trying to get a refund is equally hopeless.

This shop was always highly praised and trusted within fandom spaces, so I had confidence that both my orders would go smoothly. Reality was the exact opposite. All that trust has completely vanished, and I'm doubtful my original orders were ever shipped in the first place. Do NOT under any circumstances buy from here or any other shop this owner opens.

Scam do not buy from Soup and Sun or anything from Kasey if she changes her shop name. She’s a master scam artist using her customers empathy to achieve this. Would not recommend
I ordered 3 things from her she really fools you into believing she’s on it when you message her about updates and then disappears from her socials for a over month claiming she’s busy with her day job.

Ive been waiting since august (it is now mid November) for my hoodie and have heard nothing. Wanted a refund but the only way to contact the business owner is through instagram. They said they would refund me a week ago and has not communicated with me since! Still no refund! At this point I am honestly wondering if they are just taking the money and ignoring the customers because this seems like a regular occurrence.

I ordered a hoodie from this shop, I enjoyed the look and design, however I never received my item. I noted the 6-8 week wait and waited longer than that before reaching out, which is my own mistake, sure.
I reached out to the seller over email and communicated and was told my order was 'somehow missed' while processing that month's orders, and that they were currently unable to purchase shipping labels through shopify, but that she would 'send over the tracking information asap'.

I then never received another email despite reaching out and checking on the situation as well as asking for a refund.

I kept an eye on their social media, namely tiktok, as it's the only one I have, and all I've noticed is that this seller will periodically stop posting anything while people in the comments ask about their purchases, then the seller will come back, post new videos with new product and delete the numerous comments asking where people's orders are and why they haven't received them. The only comments they keep are praise for their designs and comments with replies that tell people to reach out and that the seller will deliver soon after.

I understand the struggles of small businesses, especially when making your own product, but this is a very much flagging as a scam.

Little to no communication, no delivery. Buyer beware.

I ordered a TLOU sweater in August when this shop advertised it was “closing for good.”
I’m happy the shop didn’t close, however, I did feel very manipulated when her shop was immediately advertising new items after announcing it was closing.

Then, I waited two full months without any news or updates when the “lead time is 6-7 weeks.” I never heard one thing. I do not believe I would have ever gotten my order if I didn’t cancel.
The only reason there is a 2nd star is due to the fact that I reached out via instagram with my order info to cancel and it was almost instantaneous.

Now, she posts on instagram that her shop got broken into so she is behind, then she got a new full time marketing job and is operating slower, and THEN lost access to her Shopify site.

Buyer beware. Smells scam all over.

Ordered something in December and have still not received it. No reply’s to emails or dms, really disappointed.

The timeline estimates for purchases and emails are both not only incorrect but a joke. Why make a shop if you do not actually care about customer service nor your customers’ experience? This seller is not only not communicative but also not transparent. She is constantly posting on social media while ignoring buyers.

I wish I had looked her up before purchasing. I have very little faith that I’ll ever receive the item I ordered over five months ago nor a response to either my emails or DMs.

It’s extremely disappointing seeing the other reviews and comments on her posts of people not getting their items months after purchasing. It’s also clear looking over her socials that she is not creating items in order of purchase.

I placed an order for 2 hoodies from this website on April 23, 2025 with the expectation that it would take 5-7 weeks for the order to be made and shiped out to me. I reached out to the seller on June 27th and got told they would be shipped out within the next 1-2 weeks. Next I reached out on August 13 just to be told again that it would be shipping within the comming week. Now I have reached out two more times, once on September 7th and 18th with no response from either.

Still not received my order placed in April - trying to get a refund but my emails and messages are just ignored!
BEWARE!!

I placed an order on March 24th, noting the 6-7 week turnaround time listed on the website. I emailed June 12th and never got a response. I decided to comment on the Instagram page and I got a response to my DM 4 days after sending it. I was told June 19th that my sweatshirt would be shipped out in the next week and I still haven’t heard anything as of June 28th. I’m assuming it’s a small business and I understand things happen but the 6-7 week turnaround claim should not exist on the website if it can’t be fulfilled. I will update my review if anything changes!

Update: I was told on July 3rd that I would be receiving a tracking number the next day.

As of August 16th, my last message was on July 15th where I was told there was a problem purchasing labels on Shopify and it should be fixed in the next week. Still haven’t received any kind of tracking information. At least at this rate, if I ever do receive a sweatshirt, it will be cold enough to wear it!

As of August 30th, my last sent message on August 16th has not been read and I still have not received a tracking number.

Purchased A Last of Us sweatshirt for my daughter. Had a few communication problems early on but they were all sorted out - the seller appears to be a small business.
Sweatshirt was excellent quality and good value for money and would definitely purchase other items again.

Never received order. Emailed several times and never received a response. Buyer beware.

I ordered a shirt in summer 2024, and 8 months later, I still haven't gotten anything. After commenting on her Instagram account, she finally said she would refund. I will never ever buy again from them.

I placed an order in November. I was aware that the shirt would be sent on December 15, I also expected that it would take a couple of weeks for it to arrive, I live in Sweden. When I saw that my order had not been sent, I contacted the company. then got a reply that she would send it the same day and I received a message that she placed an order via UPS. Since then absolutely nothing has happened! I have spoken to the company, sometimes I get an answer and sometimes not. no answer as to whether she intends to repay me the money she has already received. So I'm SEK 800 poorer and my stepfather didn't get his Christmas present.
