Guess I should’ve checked reviews before ordering off their website, seems everyone has had the same experience. I ordered a holster on March 1st, after TEN DAYS of waiting for a package at my door I decided to call and see what’s up…. They said they were sold out of the item they let me order and spend my money on, just to give me a refund and nothing else. Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t even get offered a discount code or free shipping on my next order. Absolutely will never buy anything from Taurus ever again after this, should be ashamed to call themselves a company.

To be honest, I'd damn near pooped a brick after reading the gazillion bad reviews on their little shipping division, the GX4 was my first pistol as a responsible 2A supporter and advocate, I decided to use shoptaurus for a whole bunch of aftermarket stuff. I literally had zero issues and honestly I couldn't be happier, I bought a barrel, a GX4XL t.o.r.o. slide, a recoil spring, 2 mag extensions......I'm 100% absolutely planning on buying more stuff as I love that GX4. I've got 8 firearms total 4 pistols 3 shotguns and a rifle, while my taurus does hold some significance as it was my first pistol I bought back around when the original GX4 first came out, it's by far the cheapest firearm I own but I love it so much I often choose it over my other edc handguns. I will absolutely continue to use shoptaurus.com and their products I need. Shipping was fast, service was great. Enough said.

Ordered scope mount for a Taurus revolver have sent 3 emails in 3 days and no reply at all and it still says awaiting shipment.
Terrible customer service and honestly seems like a scam once they get your money you don't hear from them at all.

Yes I am placing a return and I got to pay the shipping cost & I can't even receive the cashier spent I have to receive store credit

Communication delays are blamed for any issues. Blame the computer game. Support buries you in emails asking you for your address instead of responding to your issue. Then they blame technology for the outcome. Can't even cancel an order.

I bought a holster from shoptaurus.com they charged me for shipping cost. I got the holster but didn’t fit right so I asked them to exchange to a different one but they asked me to ship back with my own shipping cost even not my fault. This is bad service and I will not buy anything from them anymore.

I ordered a holster on 6/15/23 for my wife on her birthday on 6/23/23. The holster is now set to deliver a day after her birthday. I recommend using eBay. At least you'll get your order in 4 days!

The company will send you the wrong item. They then will not send you a replacement or refund till 14 days AFTER they receive the mistake they made back.
I honestly would not have too much issues if it was a warranty claim. Things happen stuff breaks, but this was their mistake!! I have to suffer because whomever packs the order does not know to read numbers to give me the right item.

Call after call, email after email to customer service before they finally tell you tuff luck pal you will be lucky if you get the right product or even your money back.

Where to start? First of all, horrible customer service.

You are lucky I have to put 1 star. I havent even loaded bullets into my GX4 and it broke while dry firing Talking about bad quality, worst metals in the industry. Now I understand why my friends make fun of me for buying your horrible weapons from Taurus. Super disappointed.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS.
The best part is nobody responds to the claims the force you to enter on their miserable website. Is it ran by 1 person? I mean they suck so much its scary to know those weapons are the most unreliable in the market. If anyone cares from Taurus USA please contact me ASAP.

If I could give no star I would ! I have been trying to get hold of customer service for over a week now. 3 emails, 3 phone calls, 2 website messages with no response. Taurus this looks so bad for your company, if I would have looked up the reviews on here, I would never have ordered anything from your company because of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shoptaurus.com has terrible customer service. Basically they tell you right out they don’t give a crap about you or your business. Very poor customer care. Spent a good amount of money with them this year but will never give them another penny of my money do the disrespectful handling of a situation that they created!

Bought a 6 pack of TX22 mags on 3/14/23. I contacted them on 3/36/23 asking when is this item going to ship? The reply was we can not fulfill your order at this time you'll receive a refund in 10-14 days. That's ridiculous so I asked for a discount code or something for the inconvenience. She replied with they don't do discount codes.

So only shop from shoptaurus.com if you feel like loaning them $100 for a month with no interest.

I was trying to get a laser pointer, holster and knife. The first two was supposed to be for a G3C and that's what I type in there search bar. Well you figure only thing for a G3C would show up, no, not this site. Wrong holster was ordered, my fault. 10 minutes after the order, I canceled the order. No problem, until they tell me that it's to take 7 to 14 days to return my money. This is ridiculous. It did not take them 7 to 14 days to take my money???Really???. It should work the same both ways. You take my money within minutes, return my money within minutes. Remember no product has shipped in the 10 minutes of ordering. Sorry.

Terrible customer service. No way to cancel an order through the website, and sending messages using "contact us" webform just goes into a black hole. 3 contacts with the company and they could not cancel my order, now I am dealing with a nightmare trying to get my item returned and refunded. This gives me zero confidence in the store and will not buy anything from here. I can see from the other reviews Taurus has no problem treating their customers like garbage.

Bought a new Taurus G2C from local gun store. Called Taurus Warranty Registration Line as instructed in sales sheet included. Woman asked me to make sure my gun was unloaded and no ammunition in chamber of weapon. I asked her what that had to do with registering the Warranty. She said she could not talk to me on the phone unless I could assure her that my weapon was completely unloaded. So, Taurus insists I be unarmed and exposed before it allows their service operators to talk to us, their Customers. This flies completely in the face of the reason people buy guns. To protect ourselves and our property. STUPIDITY!

The best thing is to contact the attorney general's office and file a report. Then call your credit card company and stop payment..

My shipment has been all up and down the east coast for over a week now. It's been to Jacksonville,Fl. twice now..This could have been delivered a week ago..These ppl use a shipper called AfterShip. Worst incompetence I've ever seen..Will never buy from shoptaurus ever again..

I placed an order on 11/11/2022. As of 12/5/2022 I have not received my order. I requested a refund on 11/28,29. They said it would take 7-14 days. Called on 12/2 for status on refund was told it's processing. Called on 12/5 was told it shipped so they couldn't refund until I returned it. Got the shipping # and it went out 12/3 in the early afternoon. AFTER asking for a refund. I know they will charge me a restocking fee for their incompetence. On top of it all. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE>

Taurus has great products for a great value. I have purchased firearms three times the price of my Taurus and they still don’t function nearly as precise. We love them so much everyone in my family owns at least one including my wife who uses a Taurus spectrum as her daily carry. I recently ordered some extra parts for my gun and had some questions. They had great customer service with a quick response time. I would recommend Taurus to anyone who has an interest in firearms. Great for first time buyers or someone who needs something reliable but doesn’t want to break the bank.

This is a shhhty crappy store, with low IQ staff who couldn't give a damn (CS=hood chicks from Georgia~go figure). They have stuff listed on their site that's not in stock which will cause you to waste you time ordering and putting in your billing details only to refund you days later with no notifications or justification.
I hate the fact that I bought another one of their guns but I won't make that mistake again, I wish I could go back in time and just a get Smith&Wesson, Sig or Ruger... I'm pissed and only have myself to blame
