I manage a fairly large store for a Client and having me to manually upload each individual listing would be a nightmare and very expensive. Shop Uploader has been great and everything works.

Given it is a 3rd party APP & Etsy changing things in their system, sometimes something breaks or doesn't work. The developer/owner is VERY responsive and always gets things fixed quickly. Otherwise I contact them a few times a year, because everything just works and I don't need to.

Awesome service

So excited to find Shop Uploader to help improve my workflow as I have gotten behind over this past year with 2 businesses and my chronic debilitating health issues. Plus, I didn't have to pay a lot of money while I tried it out, which is a positive perk! I did connect with a Customer Service Representative but I would typically have to wait a minimum of 12 hours for responses if not longer, it was obvious we were not on the same time zone. Being on different time zones and having the lag time while waiting for answers with no other place to turn to for guidance nor any other Customer Representative helping me has left me exactly where I was when I started with Shop Uploader! Still Frustrated, Behind on Getting My Items Listed on Etsy and Not Sharing My Items on Social Media plus I am out the little money I have invested into trying to learn and understand.

This is an impressive tool for Etsy sellers, and the price is very reasonable.

Shop Uploader is a great product. It does what it promises, though it can still be refined to be made more intuitive. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Their website's support documentation is detailed and extensive, but could do with more internal links to make it easier to find specific solutions, which would save them some customer questions. All in all, highly recommendable and I'm sure over time it will get even better.

After i had used this Tool, etsy has closed my Shop. It is still closed. So what can i say.

Shop Uploader does everything I need it to and makes adding listings to Etsy so much easier! Support has been fantastic in quickly answering my questions. I never have to ask the same question twice as they always read my messages and reply to all questions. (That may seem small but compared to companies this is a big deal and saves so much time & frustration!) I recommend Shop Uploader :)

Great product but sometimes the subscription gets messed up (in my particular case when a subscription payment didnt work and I have paid manually later

It's a really perfect and very professional website. I can edit my products with Excel or add new products, which is perfect for those who want to save time. Customer Service is great. You always get answers to your questions within 2 minutes, and they help you a lot in solving your problems.

Amazing tool and at a fantastic price. The customer service is always excellent and we wouldn't have been able to scale our etsy business without it.

Years ago we made an app for uploading products to Etsy as there was nothing available and Etsy are useless for helping out larger sellers. After a year or so break from selling, we returned to find that Etsy had moved from v2 to v3 of their API. Before embarking on making the app work again (lots of time and money), I had a scout round to find Shop Uploader. First of all it is very reasonably priced. You can cancel your sub and reinstate it whenever you need to upload more listings (that is amazing in today's rip off world!). Secondly the software is fantastic and way beyond what we managed to put in place. The flexibility, the level of detail you can add, neat functionality like the Google Drive connection that saves a lot of time. And lastly Dillon, I assume the chap who wrote this software, is a superstar when it comes to customer service. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks Dillon.

This is the best team I have ever seen. They helped me from the beginning to the end.

I am return customer, and something I've come to appreciate is the reminders that the subscription is about to be renewed and how easy it is to cancel and later come back to renew the subscription. Speaks to integrity, in contrast to trying to trap customers in subscriptions they don't really want. As for the service itself I'm just as happy as before.

Good company I love their support team. Always willing to help make everything as flawless as possible.

I very rarely leave a review for any products I use but I had to say something about Shop Uploader. This software was/is the product I have been looking for when it comes to bulk editing my Etsy listings. Shop Uploader is the perfect blend of flexibility and usability. You have direct access to change and modify every property Etsy allows you to update in an easy-to-use Excel template. This gives you the flexibility to manipulate the date however you deem necessary while still ensuring the stability and reliability that this software provides. Uploads and troubleshooting are lightning fast and the documentation and customer support are next level. If you are trying to make large updates to your listings that require unique changes specific to each listing there is no product better, all at a very reasonable price. 100/10
