Ms. Margaret and the other team members that have been working with me during this entire journey are been exceptionally good at the customer service abilities. Congratulations for a job well! Ms. Vera should be for happy a successful and talented team behind her and this company. Women power at its FINEST! This is even before I even had the opportunity to try the product itself. I had ordered the undies in the size I thought thy were correct for me. Unfortunately they were a little too snug, when I let Vera know, they were very helpful and told me they will send me a new order at no cost. Needless to say I was very surprised and happy. In my opinion that showes me that their first concern is the customer and to do everything right. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anybody,

Based on reviews, I decided to purchase a set of Vera's Undies.I was very pleased when they arrived. The fabric and workmanship were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the undies were a bit too tight. So I contacted Vera's to see what my options were. After some discussion, Vera's decided to entirely replace my purchase with a larger size at no extra cost to me. Customer service at Vera's is responsive and top notch. So refreshing these days! Excellent customer service. I ordered size I thought would fit but were too small. They sent me the next size up for free. I did find the panties were a little inconsistent in the size, some fit but others of same size slightly too small. They were great to replace with larger size.

Best underwear ever
I bought underwear based on the previous sale with another company which turned out to be not the correct size. Margaret the associate were so kind,understanding and helpful at replacing it for free.
