We are working with Nina on a new product that they are offering which is the Vakiav Model: VK-G2 Smart Bird Feeder. Nina has given us excellent customer service throughout the years, and she is always reaching out to see about our needs.

The new product was very easy to setup. I like the hardwiring of the signal transmitter to the home router as a cleaner way to boost the wi-fi signal. Once the smart camera was turned on and the signal transmitter was plugged in, the setup was as simple as pointing the Vakaiv app at the QR code on the top of the unit.

The smart bird camera takes excellent pictures and videos. It also automatically IDs the bird for you without a subscription service. One of the few "smart cameras" that we sell where the AI is included.

We will be carrying this unit.

I don't often respond to cold approaches from distributors, but I'm very glad I did in this case. Nina at shopvidi was highly knowledgeable and helpful getting us set up, and I was very excited to see that current, relevant pop culture blind boxes and collectibles were listed, available, and shipped quickly. 10/10 Will definitely be ordering again.

I really like using shopvidi, they have access to inventory I didn't know existed an my customer base has grown supstanically since I took on shopvidi as a vendor, my rep, LEI, is amazing! She is patience, walks me through updates in the website, she is quick to respond and she is really the only reason I tried Shopvidi, I thought it was a scam, but she convinced me to give it a try and it has worked out so well for my business. Dealing with oversees companies at times may feel a bit overwhelming, not knowing what or how the transaction will turn out.
