Fantastic company, caring and professional personell, I enjoyed this cooperation very much!

I’ve leased a BMW through Rebecca and Rhys twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time was from 2020 to 2022, and when I returned to the UK recently, I didn’t hesitate to go back to them.

I highly recommend Rebecca and the team at Cocoon.

I am an expat returing to UK and needed to organise a vehicle lease at very short notice. Rebecca and team really understand how to deal with expats (where there is no UK credit history to work off) and are extremely professional with their customer service.

I submitted my application and the approval was provided the next day. Lease car delivered to my door the following working day as requested. Very impressed!

Handover both to collect and return the vehicle went very smoothly and all processes with Cocoon is well documented, and clearly explained. Got in touch with them re leasing a car. They came back to me within a couple of hours advising to go direct as that was where the best deals are. They look to offer VFM on all deals. Thanked em for the reply and they came back offering there services if clarification was needed.

Great customer service from Rhys and Rebecca. As someone returning from overseas for a short period of time the process was made easy and still worked out cheaper than car hire. Just do your homework on the mileage allowance, short trips quickly add up.

It was a pleasure to lease a car with Cocoon. The process was transparent and they were very quick to respond. I found the pricing also fair and transparent.

My only feedback is that they have too many black out dates wrt pick ups. That being said it is fully disclosed.

From the start Rebecca was always catering towards my needs from changing my mind of which car to get she helped me thorough the whole process and also made sure that I was happy with the car I selected.
