All I wanted was outline of course and costs. Was emailed that this must be done via phone. Not acceptable to me as I work night shift. Potential customer lost

My enquiry was answered as soon as possible.

My inquiry was dealt with promptly. I was given all necessary information and was sent my application form within hours. I am now awaiting my invitation to commence course. 🙂

I have not received the information I requested

I am still yet to get price or outline of the course.

Asked for info via email, was ignored. Repeated requests from them for a callback after explicitly requesting info via email.

Very quick response and the caller had excellent knowledge about the course I was enquiring about. Would recommend to anyone thinking about studying

I just start my course. And it is so good and interesting. I so happy I lear already a lot

This is the second review for this company following the second time I have tried to use the site to obtain the information I need.The info I need is the cost of the course and individual units. Apparently you can only obtain this by having someone call you. This should not be necessary it should be included in the course guide which is very sketchy.

I asked that I only be contacted by email and was contacted by phone. I replied that I’m not available by phone & only require the by email, the price at this stage. Did not receive email. Given up

Great school, great teachers and support. Lovely and very helpful staff, amazing people in this school.

Impossible to get a price on the course I wanted. Had to register, was emailed a 27 page brochure which was full of pretty pictures but no breakdown on costs.

Ironic, as it was a User Experience course.

I have received four emails now, yet I am unable to give this particular course to my employer to consider enrolling me in - as it is unclear how much it costs.

I was very interested but due to being hacked I did not and do not as yet have the funds which is no fault of theirs. As well as this my phone was down so they contacted me via email when the phone started working again. They seem professional and I will be taking this course further down the road.

Why did I have to sign up for an account simply to see the full details of the courses?

Now I get spam messages in my email and asked to do surveys like this one.

Your courses are really expensive as well.

Just happy with the way it was explained to me

Tafe is the best for getting any course online. I am so happy I got my desired course using Tafe.

Would not provide a price for the course despite being asked twice. Directed me to call a consultant even though I had made clear that I am not looking at enrolling right now as I am currently studying and just wanted to figure out whether I might enrol after my current course. Eventually gave me a webpage to look at, still no cost. Not interested in being put through the hard sell if the only option is to call a consultant. If they can't even respond properly to enquiries I can't imagine how rubbish the courses will be.

I have given 3 stars as so far it is going good.

I was very specific in my message section of the enquiry, email only because I had to leave both email and phone or I couldn't submit my enquiry and business hours when customer service would call I am at work. A call centre staff member called me at work across two days. The first I ignored, the second I answered because I needed it to stop. And was told (condescendingly) that I could have just left an email and they don't get the message section where she is. It put me off and so I was curt with her and am now discouraged from using your service. I have run a webpage before and I know how forms come through. If the people servicing the enquiries don't get all the info then theres something wrong with the system or your rep ignored the message and just called. Either way it looks unprofessional.
