After paying for a priority access on Thursday first thing 8.30am, I was a bit cross to then get an email yesterday saying that there was a further 15% discount. Personally, the whole experience somewhat devalued the Neptune brand to us.

Went to the Neptune Warehouse sale.
Good selection of products.
Spent around 45 minutes queuing to pay just to buy the products as staff were slow making the transactions on their laptop/till. That was the only let down.

Very well organised, customers entered in manageable volumes to minimise crowding. Good level of stock constantly replenished on day 3 of sale. All staff very helpful. Michelle helped us with our furniture purchases and she was fantastic.

Good deals, but I am waiting for delivery for a month..and still no clear indications.
Absolutely blown away by showcase, and specifically Nadia!!!! What a truly special and memorable experience. Besides the fact that I got beautiful dresses, the service, empathy and kindness went above all in her assistance to help me find my perfect dress. Can’t thank you enough for being a huge part of a special day!!

This event was a dream come true! Well organised time slots which meant we didn’t queue long given how obviously popular it must have been. Staff all welcoming, helpful and happy (still at the last slot of 7-8 after a long day!) The stock was all great quality, organised well into sizes and categories even during the busiest times and the price savings were worth travelling for, one of the dresses I bought was £90 from £300 RRP. All in all was a great shopping experience, loved the staff and love the layout of the Regent St store. Thank you Showcase :)

Was a well organised event, but most of the garments were not available for men in normal sizes even though attending early.
Also, ended up paying more than advertised for some products, as the till staff didn’t know the correct prices.

I absolutely love shopping here. The staff are always super helpful and go the extra mile to help you find what you need. The venue is spacious and well lit (something rare for sample sales). The prices are clearly marked and there are always great bargains. I would highly recommend.

I was quite pleased to find this company, especially as they had a Molton Brown sample sale and you don’t usually find cheap Molton Brown. The prices were varying between a real bargain, through to a moderate discount that you might find elsewhere sometimes but is still OK. Delivery is a bit steep at £7, but as long as you fill your basket, it’s not too bad
However, where it went wrong is the delivery. The “up to 28 days” they quote isn’t the end of the world. What happens (I have gathered) is that they collate all the customer orders, they order the combined quantities from the manufacturer, get delivery, have to sort, collate and pack all the customer orders (from I guess a bulk shipment of everything) and send it out. I can see why it won’t be done in a short timeframe
It was all going well and seemed as though it wasn’t going to take the full 28 days when there was an update that stock had been received. However, a week later and no shipment, another update came that stock was missing from Molton Brown and they were waiting for another shipment and would complete by the end of the following week. Clearly I was one of the affected customers.
That whole week came and went without any shipment. Upon enquiring, orders were still being packed and by this point, we were even past the longest 28 day shipping “up to” timeframe
If that’s where it ended, it might have been “ok”. Long shipping is ok if you aren’t in a rush and set your expectations.
However, I then got a refund notice from them with no information about what or why. Turns out that after being made to wait all that extra time for extra stock from Molton Brown, they couldn’t supply it anyway and refunded me for what they couldn’t supply. But I had to chase to ask what was happening and why I was refunded
I get the feeling they don’t always get what they order and they can’t fulfil all customers. Some might say there’s no issue as you get your money back, but perhaps it would have changed whether someone would have ordered in the first place. You’re paying the same £7 shipping no matter what and if a chunk of your order gets cancelled, you might not be as happy to have ordered, waited so long and paid for that shipping
I get they are a small business trying to do something different and I do like the idea, but my first experience was suboptimal
I’d probably give them another go, but this issue would only have to happen one more time for me to not feel it’s worthwhile. I would like to see them have some quantity control where they know what they can obtain and only sell up to that amount

Disappointed, thought return would be free, regret not reading details regarding return policies although I thought my first return would be free like many other companies out there. Did not really save at the end because I had to return 2 items that did not fit properly. Will probably never shop online again. They would not allow me to return the items to the store.

I am still having trouble with my order, I ordered three pairs of Sophie Webster shoes, looked for my invoice every day none came, then email came saying that my order was being cancelled, to say I was angry was an understatement, I got in touch they said it had been sent two days ago, anyway they said they would send shoes out if I paid straight away, FaceTimed me to tell them which shoes, only got two pairs, only to receive them, with one pair different sized heels, I am so fed up with them I cannot say how much. I got in touch yet again and all I got back was we will send a pre paid label, am I getting a new pair? Are they sorting it out? I have no idea? Jacqui please read this and learn some customer service skills.
